Low GPU usage in Tarkov PvE on Interchange

Test conducted to see why I have a low GPU usage in PvE mode Tarkov. seems like a bottleneck is happening as the game does not utilize all cores from my CPU.
Tested in Offline mode first and then in Normal mode. Only thing different is the presence of AI.
