Thank you to Allibaby78 for reminding us that the color codes used in Europe differ from those in the US as follows: In Europe Right arm is Red, Left arm is Yellow, Left Leg is Green and Right Leg is Black. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

And for the EU colors: YELLOW Sun (= the heart at the left, LA) is shining above the GREEN (LL) grass, whilst the RED car (RA) has BLACK (RL) wheels.

You were good up until the car analogy. Much simpler: Smoke over fire (black over red), white on right (or snow over grass) (white over green).
