The music is what made this episode so epic. It’s starts slow with just one layer, piano, as action is slow. When angelic singing is added that’s when children appear to do something bad. Strings are added when action picks up. Then it’s all stripped away as action slows again. Then it all comes back as action picks up. The closer to the climax, the more layers are added and the music picks up culminating into a countdown until a final pause when everything ends in a big explosion. This episode was truly epic. Also the fact that Cersei was only one who dressed herself and wore all black as if she was going to war, really tells you her state of mind before action even starts. She went cray cray long ago and planned it all, probably since her walk of shame.

about Jon becoming king of the north, the thing is, the books stopped long before this point in the show, but where the books stopped Robb had named Jon his heir, since he thought all his brothers were dead, no one knew where Arya is, and Sansa was married to Tyrion (he didn’t want the Lannisters to get the north through Sansa), so i think the show was trying to appeal to the fans by making Jon king, bc a lot of fans are really curious about this plot, even tho in the show’s context it really doesn’t make sense.
Of course it makes sense. He is fckn Jon Snow. He deserves it, even though he doesn't want to be king. He was named king by all the northern houses, for God's sake. Cut me some slack.
Don't spoil it,let her work it out or find out through the show.. The scene where Jon tells Dany explains it for those who didn't work it out. Delete your post.

Ii have watched got over 50 times hotd twice read all books 3 times other books fire and blood twice novellas once my whole apartment is Targaryen and game of thrones including dragon eggs I so love watching got virgins ❤❤❤❤ I was obsessed with lord of the rings then my little brother introduced me to game of thrones I was like I'm not going to watch this he showed me 1st episode I was gone and now I read and watch and live fantasy books shows if you like to read hit me up meanwhile enjoy the ride just know 6 10 was the peak I hate season 8 and 7 sucks as well and dumb and dumber we all curse f those guys house of the dragon is good they stick more to the books then dumb and dumber did after season 4
