  • This is one of my favorite juice recipes to reduce inflammation and joint pain! Not only is it packed full of ingredients that will help your body fight off inflammation, it's incredibly delicious! Also, it has a ton of perfectly balanced sodium and potassium to boost hydration.
    This recipe is so good, I've been making it multiple times per week! It's a perfect juice if you have arthritis pain, hip pain, and lower back pain, etc. Even if you aren't experiencing these issues, this juice recipe will help you recover after a workout as well. If you have any of these conditions, it's important to adopt anti-inflammatory nutrition and incorporate daily juices that provide vitamins, minerals, anti-inflammatory properties, and enzymes to help your body heal.
    Make and consume this juice regularly for best results!

      Yeah!!! How about this one:
      “IMMUNE SHOT & CHASER”
      Makes a 4 oz shot & 6 oz chaser!
      1. 1 - 2” thumb of ginger
      2. 1 - 1” thumb of turmeric
      3. 1 lemon (peeled)
      4. dash of cayenne pepper
      5. dash of fresh ground black pepper
      6. 2 apples
      Juice the ginger, turmeric & lemon together and put in your “shot” glass. Add the black pepper and cayenne pepper. Juice the apples separately and put in a “chaser” glass.
      Down the ginger -turmeric-lemon-spice shot and follow up with the apple juice chaser!
      I have other recipe books here: bit.ly/JuiceFeasterBooks
      Keep the juicer running and the juice flowing!

    I wonder if you can add acv to this juice..

    • @JuiceFeaster
      @JuiceFeaster  3 года назад

      Hello! I’ve never added acv to juices, but i think you could for sure. For me, I don’t think I’d like the flavor as well, but if you still enjoy the flavor, I would say give it a try! ❤️

    Do you still get the benefits from juicing if you don’t strain your juice after it goes through your juicer?

    • @JuiceFeaster
      @JuiceFeaster  3 года назад

      Yes for sure! I like to get as much pulp out as possible, but there is still some fiber left even after straining. Most juicers remove enough to get concentrated nutrition in an easily absorbable, easily digestible format with low metabolic stress. Great question! Thanks for asking!

    One question I love pineapple but every time I eat it or add it to my juice it breaks my mouth into blister should I just give it up or do you have any advice

    • @JuiceFeaster
      @JuiceFeaster  4 года назад

      Hello! Yes this can be an issue with pineapples. I started letting the pineapples ripen much longer to increase the sugar and decrease the acidity. I usually let them ripen 1-3 days on the counter at room temp, then finish them in the refrigerator for a day or 2. It takes some practice and you’ll lose one occasionally by letting it get too ripe but it has really helped to prevent the mouth issues for me. Hope that helps! Thanks for tuning in to my videos! 🌈❤️🌈

      I don't. I cut off any dried out parts.
      You may want to scrub them if there's any dirt .
      Good Health.

    I'm trying to get rid of back pain after unnecessary surgery I got talked into.

      I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, frequent bronchitis, frequent strep throat, frequent fevers, chronic joint aches pains & soreness, my lower back would frequently “go out” on me too.
      The last straw was all of those issues above and then got a hard swollen lymph node in my groin and a developed a terrible case of shingles.
      Happy to report that all of it is gone. I have perfect blood tests now and never get sick.
      All. Of. It. Gone.
      So glad I didn’t take my ph¥$!€!an’$ recommendations.
      They are great, in most cases, for acute injuries, or emergency surgeries, but for prevention…..not so much.

      @@tonymaurice4157for perspective, one cannot expect that which took years, if not decades to create from a poor lifestyle to be reversed overnight.
      We have to be patient.
      We have to feel the feeling of already living in that new life as a new person.
      When we are impatient, we get more of the same.
      When we focus on the lifestyle and new habits as a permanent change we become that change before we even realize it.
