A Week in the Life: Summer in Park City

Spend a week of summer with me!

Come with me to have a cabin weekend with some friends in the Uintahs, go to a Gregory Alan Isakov concert at Deer Valley, eat breakfast in the mountains at Silver Fork Mining Lodge, and finish off with a peek into my friends' monthly cookbook club (the theme is western and we're making Italian food!)
CABIN WEEKEND!
We head up to the Uintah mountain range up by Kamas, Utah and drink pumpkin ale, eat Brazilian picahna for dinner, build a bonfire, and make smores. The next morning, we wake up to drink coffee on the cabin porch and head out!
CONCERT AT DEER VALLEY!
I teach you how to make my favorite European sandwich to pack in a picnic for the concert, then head to Deer Valley in Park City to meet up with friends, drink wine, and listen to Gregory Alan Isakov perform.
BREAKFAST IN THE MOUNTAINS!
We take the tops off of the Jeep and drive through Guardsman's Pass to Little Cottonwood Canyon to enjoy the last days of summer and stop for breakfast at Silver Fork Mining Lodge. My favorite breakfast spot with the coziest vibes.
COOKBOOK CLUB!
I put on my best vintage cowgirl outfit and head to Salt Lake City to meet friends for our monthly Cookbook Club. I make Molly Bazz's Triple Garlic Bread and enjoy a night of conversation and laughter and the best times.
