It's all fun and games on the Strip until you get ripped off lol. Mocktail or not that was downright extortion for a drink! Too bad about the donuts though...least the handrolls were tasty!
I went to Vegas for the first time in almost 20 years last fall and experienced such sticker shock! Smart to put the strip date nights on the vlog so you can call them a business expense! 😂
I love the longer vlogs! It makes doing the dishes way more chill lol. I’m also looking forward to your review of the new orly polishes and that stamper. I’ve never heard of something like that before.
Your hair looks very healthy and pretty now! The Curry looked delicious! I enjoy watching your adventures and yes 14.00 dollars for a mocktail was too expensive!
Please don't be shy in using the nail wraps!! They're so fun. When I keep my nails short, I can usually get 2 full manicures out of a nail wraps set, with some of the wraps left over to incorporate into nail art. If I had those galaxy ones, I would use the extras as an accent nail to a polish manicure, or cut them into stripes to create a design on top of a polished nail. As long as you seal the un-used wraps back up in an air-tight bag, they still last for a few months. My friend says they last longer if you keep them in the fridge or freezer, but I dunno if that's actually true. They are significantly easier to apply with a silicone or rubbery pusher tool, though. I feel like I've gotten really good an applying them, but if I don't use the pusher tool, I sometimes get little wrinkles around the edges that are hard to smooth out. The pusher tool makes smoothing them out so easy, especially if it's a thicker wrap.
I've got to try making your curry! Looks so good! I may be the outlier but I love all the vlogs, chatting, cooking, eating out, just walking around. It looks like you guys are having so much fun exploring your city! Hope you're having a happy Valentine's Day! 💖💞
I love seeing your Vegas adventures - so fun! Also, your hair looks really great, and I will absolutely be trying out your version of curry. You make it so much less intimidating. Thanks for sharing with us, Kelli!
I also love having streaks in my hair, and recently got some clip in hair streaks to make it a little more... visible? Love it so much. I feel so pretty when I wear them. They have blonde ones!
Try canned Maesri brand curry paste, they come in many kinds, just add it to the coconut milk/cream - you will love. You'll have leftover paste despite the small can size, just put the leftovers in a container/zip lock and toss in the freezer for future use. The Maesri pastes are chef's kiss!
I always wear a trash shirt to the salon and have a nice shirt to change into afterwards…my hairdresser does not seem to take offense and it’s kinda become a thing they expect now😉
Vegas native here! My favorite sushi place in the city is Sushi Fever and you have to try the something sexy #2. We also claim to have the best Thai food in America. But if I had to pick what locals love most, its Carne Asada fries from Roberto’s.
i just discovered smoked paprika - and I love the smokey nuance it adds to dishes! Thank you so much for taking us to your adventures!! so much fun there! have been to Fremont street years ago and loved it ! it was wonderful to see your capture here
Loved the longer vlog! Also, I was never interested in doing a Vegas vacay because I don't drink & don't gamble; love that you show the things to do there that aren't that! (Also, I'm vegan & always appreciate when you happen to pick a vegan option there, very cool!)
Oh my gosh there are soooo many great vegan spots out here, we really try to eat plant based as often as we can and the restaurants here make it so easy haha!
Oh my gosh you make me want to move to Vegas! You need to do an outing to go see the original Bonnie and Clyde car. I've always wanted to see that! On a side note I did my nails with your mystic jelly and topped it with the Orly Lisa Frank Heart to Heart. It looks amazing! Goes so good together. Looking forward to your next vlog.
I don't have my hair dyed anymore, I'm too lazy to take care of upkeep xD I prefer to keep my hair short, too. I'm a big lover of my hair being short, again too lazy to worry about keeping it looking nice xD I like just running a brush through it and making sure my bang floof has a nice arch xD I LOVE seeing others explore more with their own looks, I'm content just looking simple lol. I don't even wear a lot of makeup, from time to time I just add some lipstick xD Your videos are always so fun to watch/listen to while I'm going about my days
Honestly I like having a "natural" color because it's so much easier to maintain, but I do like to still dye my hair because it feels healthier with (non bleached) dye in it for some reason LOL!
@@KelliMarissaVlogs i have dark brown hair and I used to do auburn for my hair for a few years and I hated how it looked after washing (even with shampoo that was supposed to not wash out as badly). After that, I found my love for inverted bobs which has evolved to my current styling of a pixie cut xD I plan to have the back shaved down a lot my next time I get it trimmed so I can get a bladed pattern shaved in. I like the tingly feeling when I rub close shaved hair xD
Ooooh so looking forward to seeing you experiment with the Moyra Supersizer. Was just thinking the other day I’d love to see more stamping on your other channel. Looking forward to more Kelli and Ryan exploring the strip. I think I’ve tagged you on a couple food reviews on TikTok. It’s the greatest vicarious journey for me. 😂

Kelli: It's finally starting to get warm! Me, watching this after it just snowed in Vegas: 🙊 ETA: PinkBox has great donuts! They have locations on and off the strip and are open 24 hours!
Super Bowl in Vegas next year 2024!!! It was here in Phoenix two days ago and oh my the traffic! We also had the Waste Management Phoenix Open for golf. So if you are not into golf,, you can go do the super bowl experience or if not into football can go do the golf thing. Or just stay home like my husband and I did 😂😂
I just got my Supersizer stamper from What's Up Nails. I watched a few videos. I like it for shrinking. I didn't try enlarging because my nails are small, and I probably won't enlarge anything. Lol.
You may want to try Olaplex for your damaged hair. I had my dark brown (colored) hair bleached a light brown and then back to a medium brown in a year and a half and it’s in really good condition according to my stylist. A stylist can do the #1 and #2 treatments and then you can purchase the #3 treatment at Ulta or Sephora. It’s a bond repairer. I highly recommend.
Happy Valentines Day! Hope you two have a nice one. Heard yesterday that the super bowl 2024 will be in Las Vegas. Hmm...I would stock up and stay put a few days before and after. Not a big fan.
Oh yeah I heard that! Honestly will be avoiding going out that whole week probably 🤣 they already anticipate over 400k tourists coming for that weekend, sounds like a nightmare!!
Part 2 of previous comment. So difficult to find a good hair salon. I relate all too well. As for the places you've been, they're so cool! The strip does have some very interesting places. I like seeing them, getting your take on them, including prices. Thank you!
Girl, I feel the struggle with trying to find a good hair salon. I had my hair chopped all kinds of crazy plus way too short last time I went. Like I went from hair down to my waist to just below my shoulders when I asked for long layers. I understand that sometimes they have to cut more due to split ends, but my hair was healthy and I kept it trimmed. I haven't been back and that was two years ago, I've just been letting it grow and trimming my ends myself! Also, love getting taken along to the strip, it's one of the places on my must go list and I also don't drink so it's great hearing your experiences with that!
Happy Valentines Day! 💜 Your hair looks great, and I agree, $15 for a mock tail is crazy. Glad you were able to get a better one for $10 later. I love your "tours" of the strip & Freemont st. Brings back memories of when I went a few years back. 🥰🥰

Honestly it was totally worth the experience to get the s'mores kit once! Every part of it was so delicious and the atmosphere was great. But I probably won't get it again LOL!
Bummed for you when the doughnuts were sold out. I had to look up Superfrico, and it looked really fun. Unfortunately as soon as a drink is a special concoction like a mocktail you still pay the cocktail price no matter where you go.
Yeah haha totally get that, I just wish they were a little more special for that price, not just sprite and juice 😂 the Superfrico mocktails were so amazing!
@KelliMarissaVlogs My bartender friends and I couldn't agree with you more, especially on the $14 drink you got, seriously WTF. Love to see a Vegas doughnut tour as part of your food adventures.
