Okay so I can definitely attest to their friendly customer service department. I recently bought dart frogs and I BOMBED them with questions before my purchase and certainly after as well. Not once did anyone complain or used a serious tone with me. Rebecca is someone who often picks up the phone when I call and she is phenomenal! Great job Josh’s Frogs.
