Hi Elissa, just wondering where do you buy your palm sugar from? I’ve never seen palm sugar come in that creamy butter texture at the store.
I got these from Cambodia, my sister n law packed me some every time someone visit hometown.

How long does the sauce last in fridge? I want to make it!
Honestly, I'm not sure because I never had to storage them because they always gone the next day. With proper handling and no contamination, I proper would say about a couple months or so.
