      Elissa is Cambodian and makes Cambodian food which does have many kinds of dips such as prahok khtis and toek kreung.

    Hi Elissa, just wondering where do you buy your palm sugar from? I’ve never seen palm sugar come in that creamy butter texture at the store.

      Honestly, I'm not sure because I never had to storage them because they always gone the next day. With proper handling and no contamination, I proper would say about a couple months or so.
