Was it easy to get up and down all the hills on the EV bikes? Do you remember the motor W and the battery size?

I wouldn't call it easy even with e-bikes. The road is steep!
We had 250W motors, road legal in Greece, and 400 or 500Wh batteries.

We took the ebikes from Kissamos, Crete, a direct ferry ride from Antikythera. You can do it as a day trip, leaving in the morning and returning in the evening, as we did.
On the island there is a taverna/cafe, I'm sure you could ask to recharge there if needed.
