Anyone who thinks VT only gets 6 or 7 wins HAS DONE ABSOLUTELY NO research.
Fr they are looking like they could be making a return to the beamer ball days
So what happens if they "only" get 7 wins (which is entirely realistic). Does that mean you reached too hard in your research?
@@user-pk2sp5nq8b no it means they disappointed. This roster, all returning should win more than they won last year.
And those saying 10+ wins have the same issue. The truth likely lies somewhere between those 2 extremes.
Most returning production in the country. Recievers are loaded, Tuten is back running the ball, Kyron is dominant. The offense should be the best we've seen in years. Defense has the best pair of corners and D Ends we've seen in a while. Im very optimistic . Let's Go!
(9-3) maybe (10-2) Vandy sucks wins against Marshall and Old Dominion. Loss too Rutgers bye 3 win Miami, Stanford,BC,GT. Loss Syracuse and Clemson. Wins Duke and UVA
@@rickytickle4022with the talent we have it’s actually likely we’ll be 11-1 or 10-2
If Drones stays healthy they will win 9-10 games.
Worst possible record is 6-6 best possible record is 11-1....this team is loaded and if they play to their abilities, they are the best team in the acc.
No reason that they could not also beat Miami and Clemson.
Got a lot of returning production
Hopefully a bit better than last year after a good finish
8-4
Wins against Vandy, Marshall, Old Dominion, Stanford, Boston College, Syracuse, and Virginia
You have them losing to Rutgers and GT AT HOME??
@@chrisg4931 Rutgers is going to be better than they were last year…. They only had a running game last year and controlled the line of scrimmage. They also really didn’t have any WR. This year the WR is all of a sudden overflowing… The starting Minnesota QB out of the portal and pretty much bring everyone coming back.
@@XxMarosyxX and VT won’t be better…and at HOME?!
9-3
I'm going to put the Vanderbilt game in the green. But the other 50:50 games I agree with
Green: Marshall, Old Dominion
Pink: Vanderbilt, Rutgers, Stanford, Boston College, Virginia
White: Georgia Tech, Syracuse, Duke, Miami
Yellow: Clemson
This is kind of crazy. Last year is not really a good measurement of the team. There were some major qb issues at the start, and a newcomer who took a couple of losses to find the right way to play. And on top of that, the top receivers and tight ends went down with injuries, most of which were season ending. But despite that, many players were able to step up in the second half of the year. And besides one pretty bad game against Louville in which there was a lot of dumb mistakes, vt looked really good, especially the offense. Now this year they are returning more players than anyone else, and those players who got season ending injuries got extra eligibility, so they are back as well. And the qb, who just set a bowl game record for vt in his first appearance, still has two seasons left if he stays. So with all that in mind, and their absolute cupcake of a schedule, I am gonna say they are going 9-3 at the worst
Virginia Tech should be improved from last season and have a chance to make some noise in the ACC..
Wins: Vanderbilt, Old Dominion, Marshall, Rutgers, Stanford
50/50 games: Boston College, Georgia Tech, Syracuse, Duke, Virginia
Underdogs: Miami, Clemson
I have Virginia Tech getting 7 or 8 wins this season....
BC, GT and UVA are 50/50 at home???
10-2 this team has more upper class leadership than any team they will face
I think they can squeeze 7 wins in. 7-5
5-7
No
Laughable!
6 and 6? BS. If Tech stays healthy they will be loaded. Great defense, even better than last year...great special teams play...and skill players all over the field. Possible loses to Miami and Clemson and that's it. Tech will surprise a lot of so-called prognosticators this season.
Are you kidding me this is a joke watch there last games and spring game this was a horrible prediction
Virginia tech 10-2 jamie 😊
Wow bold prediction
1% chance maybe. I see four losses to Clemson, Miami, GT, and they will find a way to lose at least another.
@kingsgambit7734 I don't see virginia tech losing at home to Georgia tech and I think they'll get revenge on old Dimnion and lose niami and Clemson
@@JamieNiemeyer-tz7zy Hoping is not the same as likely. GT had a top 30 offense last year and returns everyone. They scored the most on even UGA last year than anyone else. Playing at home will at best make that game a toss up. VPI just isn't back yet and until they prove otherwise...I still see them at 8-4 even with that extra extra soft schedule. They will appear to be good simply because of that schedule. 8-4 after the last few years should make the fans feel good but the talent level is just not where it has been in the past.
But hey...an upset or two with that schedule and you just might be 10-2 and be the weakest team in the nation in the power 4 with similar record. Just very very soft schedule.
Losses to Rutgers, Miami, Georgia Tech, Clemson and Duke
8-4
