I had cab mounts installed by a local welder and repainted by a local body guy. I fixed the floors myself and painted the rims. I loved that truck. It was red with a 302. It also was a three on the tree brought down to the floor. This truck brings back lots of memories!

I understand sanding. Did a restoration/build on a 1947, 45’ wooden sailboat. We also use bondo and faring to make the boat look fiberglass. Didn’t want to have to recalk the seams every year. 6 coats sealer, 3 coats of barrier cover to keep the parasites out of the wood, 2 primer coats, and 2 finish coats. Sanding between each coat. Boat is going around the world.

This should make it come out. He showed me because that very thing happened with a set of tires I had just bought and was getting installed.

Still a 300 guy here. I am going to build another 300 starting with a brand new crankshaft,Offy 4bbl dual plane intake manifold. Headman dual out full length headers, Holley 390cfm vac secondary 4bbl carburetor and a MSD brain box. These motors make big torque at a low rpm. Cheers from 🇨🇦

Just a humble honest hard working Pick-em-up truck but something that your nation is so good at. Saving this and the many others that you all have as projects is doing your nation such pride. Good luck to the entrants and much love from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇺🇸

The F100 came out looking, and running, amazing. It's a shame there was no time to do an episode on getting the engine into the truck and setting up the Sniper and such. As to the appearance, the interior is awesome and I loved Ken's trick of blending in clear with the final coat of single stage color to get the beautiful end result. Wimbledon White has never looked so good!

My first vehicle at 15 was a 77 custom… was red though…. Blew the 300 doing doughnuts in the orchard so swapped a 351 in from the junk yard we built up. Learned a lot working with my dad on that truck. Learned how to do body work when my brother and I dropped a tree on the bed. Definitely one of those trucks I wish I would have kept.

Revivals, rebuilds, restorations, we like it all man. Keep it coming. Diversity is what makes this channel so great. I know this disclaimer states that this more for entertainment than education, but I have learned a lot over the last few years. I like the revivals but I also like to see the next chapter. See what happens after these vehies are revived. Fixed, sold, and driven? Not fixed and sold for parts? I'm always curious.
One thing I would like to see more of, is more 4x4s. More Scouts, Jeeps, Kaisers, Broncos, etc. I would like to see a VW one of these days too. I know you don't do imports but I have a hankering to own a Baja Bug and would love to see you revive and wrench on an air-cooled flat-four. Even if it's in a bus. 😉
