Yes, a few people have already released videos about this. I meant to release it the other night but didnt get the chance to finish the video until today. Still, I have to say well done Frontier. This was awesome.
My full time job is working from home making corporate animations and videos, but to be honest, I would rather spend more time making Elite Dangerous videos. So supporting me on patreon allows me to do exactly that, if you can help out, I would greatly appreciate it.

Sorry about the choppy video everyone. I have had OBS capturing problems, and I couldnt re-shoot the video as it was very late.
There were so many players around these stations that I don't think I've seen anything like it, it was just vettes and cutters and condas all over the places and the best part is people were waiting in line patiently in front of the rescue ship and in front of the station entrance, really shows what an actively engaged community is like.
Omg its been ages. VJ is back finally.
I am still around, just so much real life stuff going on. Hopefully things will quiet down in the new year and I can finish off some projects. :)

Within a couple of hours of seeing the distress call on Twitter I visited all 3 stations and saved quite a lot of people. Yesterday came back to Jameson's and bought an Anaconda which I fitted out with AX missiles, multi-cannons and flak launchers. Might try for a solo Thargoid kill today or tomorrow as my wingmen are still getting geared up. I've seen how it's done on video and it's a very hectic time!
Does anyone know when the station will stop offering missions because I'm planning on heading out there but I don't want to go if when I get there they won't be available. Can anyone help? Thanks
