I have an amp with a mono switch with two speakers. My John Coltrane Atlantic Records, I have Stereo and Mono Copies both and when available I have the white label Promos as well. Awesome Video!
I have a standard 2-channel stereo setup and mono albums sound excellent on it. I appreciate well recorded stereo, but there are (many) instances in which I prefer the mono experience of a particular album to the stereo (if I have both). It's definitely not necessary to listen to mono thru only one speaker. Two speakers work very well for that.
So you say you listen Jazz? Very, very good video, Matthew. A beautiful edition, an excellent sound and special album of Saint John Coltrane. I hope that "Coltrane's sounds" so. Thanks Chad Kassen, thanks Matthew. Madrid, Spain.
A suggestion for you, Matthew: "Reminicent suite" by Mal waldron and Terumasa Hino (Bbe records, 2024)😎
Oh yeah! So pleased this is in the 75 series
Love what you do...can't stand jazz. I try to get into it, never can like it. I stick with classic rock.
Thanks for sending
