I really liked Everything is ok. Mental health is for sure a disability and uses spoons. Mental health impacts our physical health too, can cause severe fatigue, brain fog, etc. Your library is AMAZING!! I hope you enjoy The Invisible Kingdom. It’s really good.

I totally crashed this weekend, no spoons left at all, so your Spoonie vlogs 3+4 are very apt videos to catch up on. Since perimenopause I stopped drinking alcohol completely, because I noticed that my body can't deal with it at all anymore. 🏰

I get angry when my library has awesome sales that are inundated with people who just buy boxes of books to resell. They cherry pick the best and take up lots of space. Urgh!

It’s hard borrowing the next days spoons. Every time I think I’m on top of everything I go back. I’m so glad you enjoyed Invisible kingdom
For reviews, I make notes in a book that are basically complete nonsense, and then I come back to them to put on Goodreads when I have more energy. 🏠
