Some plans are better than others arnt they .Over here 🏴 some plans are so bad i turn the work away .they always leave stuff out architects are a pain to be honest hope its better out there than the UK. Good luck to you Justin brickright 👍💯
Great Insight- Check out Charlie Collison he makes Laminated copies to have on hand but of course that's most likely going to be another cost for you. Do you factor in site access and other site "problems"? How far out do you generally get the plans do you get to go by and check the location be fore bidding? Thanks - Keep up the great work. What position do you play ? I used to play Front row in 15s in USA right body type LOL
Hi mate, To answer I do generally go out and check the site to see what access is like. However I work under a couple of supervisors from 2 different companies that I get along with and like working for so I generally take any job they book me in for. All are fixed pricing jobs no quoting required and we get what we call purchase orders with all pricing on there and “extras” can be raised to the order if tight access and therefore double handling labour is required! I play Aussie rules and play in the midfield. But starting to get a bit older now slower too lol can’t keep up with some of the younger quicker players anymore! Love it anyway All the best!
Thanks mate. Yeah still enjoying it we are seeing some good improvements as a team which has been pleasing. Washing our own jobs has kept us on our toes in regards to keeping our laying clean and tidy which has helped the overall product 👍

The 2 windows you were talking about, 1200 wide, one normal window and the other window bricked up, its a feature, its common around my area
