After a long journey on sea, the constant speed tester better to calibrate before testing, so the test reports would be more accurate.
Calibrate step:
1. Put on a steel ball in the grinding disc center.
2.Connect the calibraition lever and loading arm by a rod, thr rod has thread to fix with loading arm. Make sure the calibraition lever is at horizontal position.
3. Put the loading lever on lever.
4. Click the "Adjustment" in software, the mass of poise should be 1.5 KG.
5. Put a 2.5KG weight slightly on loading lever, and check the weight on computer should be around 4 KG. Then put another 2.5 KG weight, the screen should show around 6.5KG. All process should be slightly and the lever at horizontal position.
6. If the weight on screen is much different with theoretical weight, one person could adjust the amplifier in power control cabinet, and one people check the weight change on screen, make sure the value on screen is same as theoretical weight. After this process, the calibration is finish.
