The Washington Post reported that the U.S. wanted to prevent PM Narendra Modi meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The report said that U.S. official dialled up Indian foreign secretary Vinay Kwatra asking him to get the visit delayed since it was clashing with the NATO summit. US doesn't get the message clear.. India is not a puppet for them like other South Asian central Asia and European countries . We have our own reasons and agenda/independent democratic country. We can choose whom will be our closest allies and be with cautious with others.
