KOREAN SPICY FISH CAKE SOUP (1 SERVING)
4-5 rectangle Korean fish cake sheets
700ml water
1 anchovy stock bag
4 small pieces of kelp
Sauce: 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste), 2 tbsp honey, 1 clove of garlic (minced), 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes), 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp hot water. Mix all these ingredients together.
Green onion for garnish
