Sir I have big query Why is TATA ( my indian brand) bringing such well built high quality safe cars of late .... but unable to break in to volumes..... My reasons:- With world class TCS like IT company with them yet they not are able to bring CONNECTED CARs. Why can’t they provide 360 degree parking cameras Why compromise in sunroof why can’t TATA give customer an option of selecting some of these fine gadgets and make it company built & charge accordingly.... Need more service centers & showrooms especially in south India particularly in Andhra Pradesh..... I own Hexa it ran more than 130000 km Have know major issues except we neither have showroom or authorised service station of TATA in my district headquarters (nellore) My car work is being done at Tirupati or Vijayawada... But all can’t think like it.... We are ready to pay extra for what TATA provide but request not to compromise it is our Indian brand purely... I my self see the Brakes has very long travel and sponges in new BS6 Tata harrier. It reduced the confidence at high and and curvy road. I don’t know weather all harrier has same issue r which I driven car had that problem. Please explain. And disappointed things are there is no sunglasses holder, no LED headlights, no E-parking brakes for automatic top end version, no sun blinds and had to many switches for sunroof. All this are small improvements TATA have to consider those will surely improve the quality of our Indian car with the world brands..
From watching the VT, I have to say that it appears to be a nicely designed motor and would love to get my hands on one. Over here in the UK we don't have Tata's 'bread & butter vehicles, just Jaguar Land Rover and if we want a cheap upto date vehicle we have the choice of either Dacia (yuk), Kia, Hyundai etc and I for one would love to see Tata vehicles on general sale here in the UK BUT until they meet the EU regulations (crash test, emissions etc) I can't see that happening soon.

Tata should seriously focus on after sale experience in India. It's car were always been competitive. But, it fails miserably on service front. Learn from Maruti, hyundai, honda and toyota regarding after sales experience.

If you are one who wants to feel connected to the car, you can buy the manual transmission. If you dont want to go into the additional effort of pressing the clutch and changing the gear, go for the automatic. And about the sunroof, it depends on your likelihood. If you live in a cold area and want some more sunlight to come in, buy a sunroof model, but if you buy the sunroof model just for showing off, its going to be of no use. The most value for money would be the XZ and you can go for the red or ask the dealer if the orange colour is available or not

Even the Nexon loses the sunglass holder with the addition of sunroof while Seltos, creta etc can accommodate both.

I my self see the Brakes has very long travel and sponges in new BS6 Tata harrier. It reduced the confidence at high and and curvy road. I don’t know weather all harrier has same issue r which I driven car had that problem. Please explain.
And disappointed things are there is no sunglasses holder, no LED headlights, no E-parking brakes for automatic top end version, no sun blinds and had to many switches for sunroof. All this are small improvements TATA have to consider those will surely improve the quality of our Indian car with the world brands..
Any update about the rear brakes? Are they still using drum brake for 2020?
From watching the VT, I have to say that it appears to be a nicely designed motor and would love to get my hands on one. Over here in the UK we don't have Tata's 'bread & butter vehicles, just Jaguar Land Rover and if we want a cheap upto date vehicle we have the choice of either Dacia (yuk), Kia, Hyundai etc and I for one would love to see Tata vehicles on general sale here in the UK BUT until they meet the EU regulations (crash test, emissions etc) I can't see that happening soon.

Tata should improve the DRL. it looks cheap. 4x4, Powerboot open, 360 camera and ventilated seats.

Tata should seriously focus on after sale experience in India. It's car were always been competitive. But, it fails miserably on service front. Learn from Maruti, hyundai, honda and toyota regarding after sales experience.

If you are one who wants to feel connected to the car, you can buy the manual transmission. If you dont want to go into the additional effort of pressing the clutch and changing the gear, go for the automatic. And about the sunroof, it depends on your likelihood. If you live in a cold area and want some more sunlight to come in, buy a sunroof model, but if you buy the sunroof model just for showing off, its going to be of no use. The most value for money would be the XZ and you can go for the red or ask the dealer if the orange colour is available or not

Tata should seriously consider providing 4x4 as an option on the Harrier. They need to understand that no-one would buy their cars unless they are significantly better than the Koreans, owing to their brand value.
Providing an all wheel drive would further increase sales value and reduce mileage significantly
