According to the books I had read, The way of superior man and No more Mr.Nice Guy, authors of these books taught me to accept that we human got good things and bad things, good deeds, great attitudes, terrible circumstanes, even the mistakes we all have committed. We should learn from them in order to be the better version of our true self. Just know that no one is perfect and we cannot do everythings and everytime perfectly. Consequently, these principles totally educate me to admit who I am and letting things that are beyond my control go and cure my overthinking and anxiety tremendously.

Great video! So many people need to hear all that's been said here.
It's not always easy to stay on this positive track. We falter and fall but once we have access to that "energy", everything becomes easier because we're now no longer relying only on our own capabilities. ;-)
Sometimes i am thankful for my anxiety because it keeps me on my toes and close to God. It also keeps making me pray constantly, not that there is anything wrong with praying, but the anxiety makes me feel that things are not together with Him and I which they probably are, but i can't get that true peace always worrying about it. Did i did something wrong in God's eyes that won't get me to Heaven today? Did I just take part in a conversation with a co-worker that did not please God? Me not saying anything to a co-worker/friend, or walking away, did I upset God? ...etc.

How to overcome negative chanting?
I’m a current overthinking, especially when it comes to Christianity. Instead of just finding peace in Christ’s sacrifice and Gods love I overthink the steps, the “requirements” of the Christian walk, turning it into a religious duty. I than get stressed for not following through with it, and/or just make Christ a turnoff. I have also sims in my life that just add on to the guilt and overthinking. The times where I confess and repent, it feels like I’m speaking fabrication and don’t mean it. My prayers seem pathetic, Bible reading is seen as a chore. I have scriptures memorized, but instead of being guidances they’re like repetitive thoughts. It’s my own fault I’m in this state and I’m really disgusted over it. I’m overcome with shame to even try to come to Gods presence, cuz than I just feel I’m only going to repeat this again and the religious thinking takes over and I’m just paralyzed on the spot. Anybody that has victory over this, plz give me a word of hope and prayers. I know God is good and Christ is our example and guide, and I want genuine passion for him.

I have a question, I hear a lot of “Forgive yourself” but as a Christian isn’t it meaningless because God is the one who can forgive you ? Please help me out or correct me if I am not seeing this the right way.
Forgiving yourself means Forgive yourself. It means you forgive yourself just like how you forgive others and then stop being guilty about it. God forgiveness is the same.
If God has forgiven you your trespasses, then there is no reason to clinge on to them anymore. That what's forgiven is as far as the east is from the west. Don't hold yourself accountable for what God has forgiven you.
