I’m only Mountune MR230 and the LSD as well as B14 coil overs have been the biggest upgrades to the car! Total must! Game changer.

Opening out the manifold port to use on a turbo with the same inlet size as production just means the flow will hit a step - it's now going from a larger X-sectional area to a smaller one...
The step is going to cause turbulence in the flow, some high pressure zones which will inhibit gasflow... If anything they should've increased the turbine housing inlet port size or done nothing at all.

Nope, engines fine for 380hp possibly just push 400
Yes this engines can hold 400hp at the crank with ez, the record is 550whp to 580whp with a grx 2860r gen 2 and nitrous, runing 10.9 at the 1/4 mile on stock block and transmission
Over here im the US there are quite a few stock engine STs in the 380whp range doing pretty well, daily drivers/track cars etc. After that point they are "pushing their luck"
It’s going to be an epic catastrophe when that stock block/internals goes bang lol. You’re pushing the limits but I love it

Not a fan of the Fiesta ST, but I think the mods on this one are subtle and not in your face, Hate seeing these ST's driving around with bolt on exterior mods and stupid vents in the bonnet, But this one is tastefully done with plenty of power.

That's impressive HP for such small displacement! Surprised you didn't need to do any re-tuning and only had to swap out the plugs to make those HP #'s. Nice job.

I’ve been running at 400hp in my fiesta for the past year with no issues
Using the following:
Turbo technics S280
Solid boost pips
Custom 3” straight through exhaust
Airtec stage 3 induction kit
Turbo smart actuator and dual port bov
Direct drop in Bosch fuel injectors
Airtec stage 3 dual core intercooler
Airtec oil cooler kit
Pumaspeed quick spool manifold
Piper cams and valve springs stage 2
And polished and ported head
Hi mate. I'm running 310 at mo on my stage 3. Researching whether to upgrade to either s280/vtr330r & now this Pumaspeed comes along. Who did your st280 build if you don't mind me asking? I'm Manchester based so hopefully don't want to travel much thats why the aet upgrade is ticking the box at the mo as only 45 mins away near Leeds 👍
@@romanmondryk5985 I built the car myself with the help of some friends I didn’t really stick to one tuning company or brand I purposely built the car with high hp figure in mind so I used whatever product that could give me the best power gains for the remap I used a local guy to do a fully custom map unfortunately the guy is no longer in business due to this COVID but he only put a sort of base map in for me as he didn’t want to push it any further with a stock engine he said there was more in her but he drew the line at 400 I was hoping to go back after next year once I forged the engine and fitted the Garret GTX2867R with external wastegate turbo kit from pumaspeed or even save up more for the blue top engine from puma speed with the Garret turbo kit

Has a v1 hybrid turbo, peron caik, turbo back scorpion, pro stage 3 intercooler, turbosmart actuator/valve, ported manifold, cnc elbow, forge hotside, lots of mounts & poly bush insert, short throw gear shift, H & R springs & isolators, megane calipers Ds2500’s, Trc low lime kit, Bola wheels, goes great but fancy one of the bigger turbos available. Need coilovers & lsd. Like the Forth Bridge once you start modding.
Bigturbo is a g25-550... It´s an oversized hybrid........ A real good one hybrid, with an excellent flow...... And the engine of our fiesta st it´s forged from the base with mahle motorsport pistons and connecting rod. I know what i write,
I'm a technician of the automotive industry in Germany. James add an wmi system with 4 injectors on the plenum lol 450bhp aren´t so far away with camshaft´s stg3 and a fully forged engine and a worked head........
