    Ingredients
    1 Cup Soaked Moong Dal
    1/2 Cup Curd
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 Cup isabghol
    2 tbsp oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar or apple cider vinegar
    Frist grind the moong dal smoothly adding some water, then add all the ingredients and mix all Together.
    Keep aside for 5-6 minutes then make round shape balls of buns.
    Before making apply some oil or water on hands.
    Seeds- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp white & black Seasame seeds, 1 tbsp flex seeds.
    Put some seeds on top of the buns
    Temperature- Airfryer- 180 degrees for 12-13 minutes.
    Enjoy your healthy gluten free buns, make burgers too.
