The earlier gen Creta used to look good but now the looks r much weird. Well, safety is not that good in both the cars so u can't lean over one for safety. As they're basically the same car under the hood I'd take the Seltos if I had to choose between them as it first of all looks good and additionally has ADAS which is still better than Creta.
If u r confused between Creta and Seltos then I think u should go for Seltos. Earlier both were almost the same and it was just the design which was different but now Seltos has more safety features so I think Seltos would be a better option for you.

Update: 00:22 Seltos facelift length is changed little bit due to new bumpers, now the new seltos length is 4365 mm, not 4315 mm.
