I'm surprised there are so may people at kayangan lake. When I went there when I was kid there are barely any people there and there was no line. I remember seeing my teachers school passing by when we went there😅.
going slow is good if you're on vacation so you can enjoy and appreciate nature, foods, culture and people around you. If you're in the city like Metro Manila everyone is in a hurry, food service is fast and there are thousand of choices of local and foreign restaurants and people always walks fast its the same as in Korea. I admire you travelling alone in a strange place with strangers around you, but maybe it's a lot better if you have companion so you can share good and not so good experiences. Anyway chill up enjoy and stay safe.
Take it easy. Life is hard, don't make it harder. You can enjoy everything in your own pace. You probably not cope up with this kind of pace because of your korean culture where everything should be done fast. You see, you might miss some precious little details if you're in a hurry. I didn't mean that it's okay to be slow pacing but you should know how to adapt to things and maybe you'll see a different side of the world.
I tried backpacking in Cebu with my cousin before and we were only 2 girls alone. If you need to find a friend so you have company, you can ask to join if you see other female tourists/backpackers so you can feel comfortable. They can also help you if you need company or they can also suggest to you better places you can go.
Additional note: I know some friends and some filipino vloggers that are so shameless they even joined a family who are also in vacation so that they could pay with discount. LOL. The family treated them as their own and fed them for free. They call that 'makapal mukha' = thick-faced, shameless, and sometimes fearless. Hahaha.
For your next destination, I suggest you go to Siargao. People there are so nice and friendly. Very Beautiful and Peaceful Island. Enjoy your stay in Philippines.
