Chhena Steam Mitha Recipe ( Odia ) | Steam Mitha Recipe | Steamed Sandesh Mitha Recipe | Bhapa Sandesh : Chhena steam mitha is a very soft and light sweet recipe. This chhena steam mitha is also known as Steamed Sandesh or Steam mitha or Bhapa Sandesh . This juicy steam mitha can be prepared using few ingredients in less time. So, learn how to make the perfect and delectable chhena steam mitha in this video made by mrunalinee. Must try this steam mitha at home and enjoy .
Ingredients :
1. Milk - 2 ltr ( To make the Chhena or Cottage Cheese )
2. Lemon juice - 4 tbsp or as required to make the Chhena ( instead of it you can use Vinegar )
3. Green cardamom powder - 1 tsp ( or 5-6 nos of cardamom )
4. Powdered Sugar ( 4-5 tbsp ) ** Use less sugar in this recipe **
5. Saffron ( Kesar ) - ( 10-12 threads ) ** Optional **
