Vuc, Ayo and Craig is a great move. The lakers have had 5 players this year slotted at the two, the type of player they are looking for is Ayo. Would be ideal with AR and Lebron. Moving Rui for DFS is still an option but tbh I think the lakers want to keep Rui. So get Ayo and 2 depth players. Bring in Fultz and have Vuc operate as a hub at times, Fultz to initiate the offense and apply rim pressure off the bench.
5 players: Dlo/AR, Cam Reddish for defense, DK for floor spacing, Gabe for point of attack and extra ball handler, Max. Ayo fits a lot of those for 7 mil, 24 yrs old. Will cost a first however and likely need to take Vuc. Vuc is a perfect fit offensively but not good defensively. If he can buy into more of a bench role, it’s still a damn good option for the worst bench in the league. If you move Rui to Nets for DFS I’d try to bring Sharpe as well so all bases are covered. I even worked it out on Spotrac to get Cam Johnson. But if the Lakers want to hold onto one first, and all young players, it would have to be DFS route.
