What if I tell you Dlo just needs to play along side Vando 24/7 .. it’s like you get the best of 2 worlds with them paired . Full floor defensive awareness with Vando . And a volume shooter in Dlo .. Idk why but I keep thinking and hoping Knecht could be a huge difference maker …imagine him clicking in his first year on offense and a lights out clutch shooter . Maybe he can be the guy who replaces Dlo in the playoffs. Not likely, but wishing knecht could be this for us . Could be a difference maker for us if he clicks .

If you say DLo is not a starting pg then Austin is definitely not one. Teams always pressure Austin when he handles the ball a lot and that would only amplify if he was the starting pg. Austin is a solid sg off the bench... They should have traded him for Murray, but they didn't. DLo needs an athletic, defensive guard next to him and he'll be fine. I would say he's worth between 15 - 17 mil a year and the lakers could use him in the season. He can get you 3 - 5 wins getting hot from 3 in the year, so if he's ever willing to resign let's say a 2 and 1 (player option) for around that the lakers can make it work. This would also give them some room to go get actual 3 and D guards to hide him better, but the lakers also have to be mindful that if Dlo comes out of the gates super hot and his value goes up, just like when you see that stock you've held for a week shoot up by 50%, you think SELL and in Dlo's case you think TRADE right now.

Great video and good takes. I actually think knecht and AR are going to be a really good Duo. Definitely get DLO away from AR, as I’ve seen Plenty of times where DLO doesn’t pass the ball to AR and is trying to get his. It almost seems like DLO wants to be the 3rd star and doesn’t want to let AR pass him up. Many games where DLO took more shots than bron or AD, and was not efficient. Like Westbrook, the lakers will be a different team without DLO instantly.

No way in hell you just highlighted that statistically, AR wasn’t that good and pointed all all of his weaknesses but still said he should start with Max. My guy, Dlo draws one of the opposing team’s best defenders and even with that, Dlo was still better than AR over the season. AR should’ve been traded for one of the upgrades. He’s good but he’s not that good and you along with Jovan and Jason Timp continue to overrate him despite stats not backing your claims.

Im an Austin believer but not at PG he doesnt have the handels or the quickness to hold up vs ball pressure. He gets his pocket picked and has to turn his back to the basket too often and way in the back court.

I don't think it's that complicated, USA has a superteam, where as the international players, who are top 5 players in the NBA, or the #1 rookie with Wemby, had to hard carry their teams with much less talent than the USA. It's not that hard to root for them. I think it's corny to have so much fake national pride over a basketball tournament.
