- Rolling into the next chapter for XForce. Hot off the successful worldwide launch of our MK7 Volkswagen Golf R performance products, XForce is excited to now launch a product range for the MK6 Volkswagen Golf GTI.
This new system is comprised of a Cat-Back system and Dump & Cat. It’s been designed to fit seamlessly with the MK6 GTI platform and provides an unparalleled experience, power and sound output.
As enthusiasts ourselves, we understand what car owners truly desire from their exhaust system, so we went to new lengths in research, design and testing to develop the perfect exhaust system. The result is an untamed beast with a performance based offering that’ll snap, crackle and pop!
Our dedication is further exemplified with the availability of optional exhaust tips. All of our systems ship standard with a Polished Stainless tip, however two optional tips are also available. Pick from either a subtle Shadow Black tip or stand out from the crowd with a visually stunning Titanium Blue tip.
Being a VAREX system, users can upgrade to our SmartBox Bluetooth module. Our Patent Pending SmartBox technology lets you adjust your exhaust system via your mobile device when you pair it with our Bluetooth App, giving you full control of your exhaust system.
This means that you can select precise valve positioning from a 0% to 100% open or closed range and get access to a Geo Mode so you can get the right sound at the right place. No more easing off the throttle when you get home late at night or bothering the neighbours with early morning cold starts; simply set a region and preferred output using our app and SmartBox will remember your settings and automatically apply the desired output as you get in range.

I’ve got a 3” CTS cat back exhaust on my mk6 GTI, does the Bluetooth smart box work with it? I’m hoping I don’t have to convert the whole system to a Varex/Xforce
@@prestoncramer9235 the xforce is a cat back i dont know if they have a dp/midpipe. i coupled the cts downpipe with the xforce catback and it worked fine

Yea I’m new to all the exhaust stuff, and trying to figure out how to replicate that sound in the video, while also having the Bluetooth feature, without ripping out the CTS cat back I just installed months ago. But I think I might just swap it out for a full xforce system
@@prestoncramer9235 np, xforce's downpipe is a little pricey though. they got a 3" dp and midpipe w a high flow cat theres a lot of companies that make it cheaper than $800. id recommend picking up a different downpipe and then just buying xforces catback. forewarning when i put this on i was stage 2, not a whole lot done besides some minor performance things. im now stage3 big turbo full bolt on and i can say theres a little drone in stage 2 w/stock shit like your turbo outlet pipe etc. after opening a lot up with aftermarket bolt ons the drone definitely began to fade a lot. outside of the car sounds amazing though, inside does aswell

So am I right in thinking this is a high flow catted exhaust or is it just a catted exhaust still with a ‘smart box’ app that allows me to go from no resonator to quiet time with the swipe of a dial on my phone?
Cause if the second one is the case I’m DEFINITELY getting this when you make it for MK7!
Hi, All our systems utilise a 100 cell high flow cat for maximum flow, its importnat to check the cell count when looking for a down pipe and cat kit for your car as many have a lower cell count = lower flow. Yes you can control the muffler by your smart phone using manual mode, simply select the valve position accurate to 1 degree, or use the matrix mode to enter and save preset maps using throttle position, RPM and even road speed. you can also use GEO mode to set a location and a radius for "quiet zones" to automatically move the valve by GEO location. Its a game changer!
XForce Performance Exhaust okay so then I assume you guys will be making two variants of the system? One that utilizes the hiflow cat and muffler with smart box and one that is only the muffler with smartbox?
From what I understand about the MK7 GTI, it uses a 3-400 cell count in the stock cat. If I go with your full system as you mentioned, it will be a 100 cell count, but I still have a warranty on the car and I don’t want to break it by having to tune for the exhaust. If I can I’d rather get a nice sounding exhaust and do as little as I can ECU wise until the warranty is up on the car.
What is being used at 1: 31. Cutback or dump and cat. On your website it shows two cutback systems. What is the difference?
Hi Chris, The system featured in the video is down pipe kit paired with the cat varex valved cat back. the other system is non valved

@@pluskii5229 Ohhhh i see, I have the same Catback system on my MK6, I am Stage 2 with IE (crackles) and a Catless Downpipe. It only crackles on Sport Mode and pops when its above 4k rpms.

Hi Unfortunately we don't have bolt on system for the TSI model, although some customers have fitted and modified GTI systems

At first I thought it sounded too low tone but then I purchased a GTI and did a full 3” straight pipe back no cats no res no mufflers to 4.5” titanium tips and good lawd my car sounds disgustingly loud haha I’d much rather have the tone that’s in this video I am literally losing my hearing from my exhaust, but I have had a lot of compliments on it which is strange to me being as loud as it is it’s almost un-drivable at higher RPM’s 🤦🏻♂️☠️🤣

I run the same exhaust on my mk6 GTI, when the flaps are closed it sounds the same as stock. No drone at all.

I have a bmw m4 en i wish i could get the same exhaust as the mk7 wouldn't it affect the power of my bmw because my car is modified at stage 6?
Hi we hope to develop BMW kits soon, the muffler flows very well closed also, higher than a standard exhaust. Also we assume users will set the valves to open using the matrix mode (auto mode) settings fully when accelerating hard. so no problem for highly tuned cars
