Yeah. You can't kill these things no matter how hard you try. My dad used to own the first gen Avensis when I was little - by my memory, I think he said he clocked 700K with the thing and it never let us down. If I'm lying or not, idm, but the car was great. Toyota 4ever! 🥰💖🤗
Every day you drive different types of vehicles. Are you really driving all this yourself? Or someone else? Can you drive all these vehicles? If so, you are very talented.
@@xnopyt13 That's correct. This type of vehicle is designed for the road environment in Japan. The Japanese roads are narrow, winding, and there are many mountain roads, so the speed limit is lower than in the US or Europe. Therefore, high-speed driving was not taken into consideration when designing the vehicle. In particular, it is not recommended to run at high speed because there is no crumple zone in case of an accident and it is dangerous.
Japanese trucks in Europe are rare! Japanese commercial vehicles from the 80's and 90's are slow and underpowered but very sturdy. Such trucks are still popular in many Asian countries.
Yeah, I have one, went to a dino just for fun before rebuilding the engine at 220800km, (my dad went over a log) bad boy was doing 102hp, god knows what was going on in there, but somehow the thing was doing 23hp over stock. Anyway, max speed was 140
On my country most of them are rated at 3500kg so that people with B license can drive, but you can have it aswell with a 7.5t registration, the only diference is the papers, the chassis and engine is the same, my dad has a 1990 Dyna 250 with the 3.4D 3B engine and you can drive it with regular B license, the diference is when you buy it in how you want to register it
Hi Joe, er what can I say, Is that your daily driver 'cause that's just what I need for the wife's monthly shop. Good old work horse, bet that engine develops a lot of torque for it's capacity, now go and sit quietly somewhere and let the blood pressure come back down. Brilliant variation in vehicle choice, great stuff Thanks Joe. PS. Any chance of a highway run in a Sherman Tank, just asking.
Joe, really? You have been trucking? I swear you got to be somebody. Drove all the cars he could find in Poland, and now he's driving trucks. I swear, you really are a door to door tester. It's impossible to own 1700+ cars all at once.
Apropo Toyota...would be also great to have you in a corolla 98. !!also anissan sunny 89 and the old staple request lancia of the 90s the dedra or delta.FUNtastic!!
I definitely prefer these videos than brand new automatic cars, keep the good work joe!
Still robust after 25 years and 400000km. Old Toyotas are legit bulletproof.

Zawsze chciałam zobaczyć ‚od środka’, jak takim czymś się jeździ ☺️ świetny test 😍 dzięki👍
I think it's one of the most interesting videos on this channel. This car is so old that it even has non-turbo diesel
one of our neighbors has had his 1990 Toyota Dyna for ages and that thing is still running strong! gotta love toyota products!!
Love this channel due to the reason Joe showed all cars vans ect. 😁
😍
This feels like home for some reason, my family never had this before, none of us is a trucker, but for some reason it feels like home.
This truck has the best interior so far.
All my relatives own this car, it's really powerful
Very iconic vehicle in our country.
It’s amazing that such a big truck has only a 90hp diesel, the gear ratio must be really high.
Yes. It is really slow when 1~2 tons of cargo is loaded. Most of the older Japanese trucks cannot reach speeds above 110 km/h.
@@Snufkin812 makes sense since the Japanese national speed limit is 100 (iirc)
yes, and iirc its a dogleg box and most truck driver rarely even use 1st because it is so low its basically useless in most cases

Is it listed as a van or a truck? I mean, do you need C category for that or you can just drive with B.
