Invaluable content as always Hayley!! Very interested in the transition from full time agency work to freelancing for agencies - eg. at some point do you just have to quit your job and give it a shot? I you have a 30 day grace period, should you try and line up jobs for then? Won't other agencies see that you're not a freelancer, and in fact you already have a day job?

Best way is to try and freelance on the side of your day job if your contract allows. It's often hard but I believe also you should be honest with any potential clients about your availability. Obviously this will put some off but not all. I would also try and get projects you really like the work or the company because when you're full time freelance you might not have as stable income to start with so may not have the luxury of doing some "jobs for the reel". Hope this helps?
