- Wilma has a key to Buck's apartment. Buck isn't just inviting Wilma to his place for dinner and drinks. The two are in no rush to cut their vacation getaway together in Genesia to pick up Twiki from the repair shop.
Never in history has the application of spandex been achieved in such a stunningly successful manner.

I actually didn't realize how gorgeous she was back in the day, in grainy old TV pictures. In high resolution you can see how absolutely flawless she was.

NBC or another network should have brought Buck Rogers back for a third season. Then, they should have taken a page from Dallas and had the entire season aboard the Searcher turn out to be Wilma's dream.
I agree. Second season was horrible. It was more interesting seeing Buck adapt on Earth.

I watched Buck Rogers to see Gil Gerard in his tight outfits. Handsome with a sexy smile.
imho had the 2nd season continued where the first left off, I think it could've lasted another 2-3 season. 2nd season was way subpar to the original. There were a few things I liked about it, but overall not in the same league as season 1.
I think they were trying, with the Searcher, to be a Star Trek clone. They should have stayed with their own thing, defending Earth from Matt Houston's evil secretary.
