This is an example of trash Russian film. When even the Soviet era films were more realistic and depicted the realism of war really well, this film is pretty much a stylistic copy of bad Hollywood films. They’re making a soldier into some sort of Rambo as opposed to a normal person. The Germans and Russians are also portrayed as too black and white without any rounded personalities. This is just a horrible attempt to imitate American and British action films
universlp You have to be kidding that this film is better than the films you mentioned. All Superman movies were always bad. But Star Wars and Terminator are in many ways more superior because at the time of their release they were revolutionary films with effects never seen before and afterward they influenced film for decades. But this Stalingrad movie itself is style imitation that is a bad imitation at that. It looks more like a video game. It is also not in character of Soviet or Russian film to make a movie focused on individual heroes who act like Superman.
@@StopFear it is you oppinion, I think that these Russian movies are of a higher status than the fantastic Hollywood movies like Terminator, Star Wars etc
All NATO countries say: so unrealistic, horrible!! Look at death of soldiers UK+USA And Soviets..... Soviet’s went from Moscow to Berlin and you landed in Normandy and to Berlin after Soviets!!!
@@universlp4699 Come on, these 'new russian WWII - cinema' films are sometimes more propaganda-like, than the worst soviet propaganda films from 1945-1956 stalinism time... Show a little more thruth about your 'war heroes' on their sick 'Way to Berlin'... Massive alcoholism in red army, massive executions of POW's and civilians (which included massive robbery of EVERETHING, from watches and golden teeth, to furniture, chickens, cows...), massive rapes of women in every age, even small girls and very old ladies... I think so, another vid has a comment that there are 2 of these movies, one a German film and then a Russisan one. Same lead actor in both. Pavlov House
We need more movies like this on the eastern front. But we need subtitles in English! :)
Спасибо за видеоролик.
Love the handling of the dead soldiers. Great video,
The 1993 one was better, this seems more like a action movie rather than a war film.
The dead bodies are falling too slow... Maybe the gravity in Russia is kinda weak...
it's called dramatic slow-mo...
JmcHDJaimer PorkpuedoLOL
Yeah I know, And I was joking...
Answered just in case... this movie is shit, but the amount of braindead in the comments of these clips is just outraging
Some people say it’s just “slow mo” but really it is a very annoying cliche which everyone hates.
that is from a perspective of a typical drunk russian
Movie: Stalingrado 2013
Throw as garbage, not in a nice grave - still on war
