Hearing stories like these make me wonder how much better our lives would be if we lived in LOVING 2 parent homes. When I see guys with great relationships with their dad, it makes me happy, it's like I'm living vicariously through them. Then reality hits & I get kinda sad that I've never had that. Is what it is, as men we have no one to cry to.
I really enjoy this mature conversation, there was so much to unpack based on actual reality. It was raw and real (not a fairytale) and these are the talks I love to hear. It makes you think and reflect and was very different from the typical pod convos. Thank you all for being so vulnerable on such sensitive issues.
I agree. Even if you’re both working and she’s happy to cook and clean, considering you lover your partner you wouldn’t even want to burden her so much. You are partners are should work together as such. Love how vulnerable and open you guys were here 🥰
Refreshing, my man with the bald head needs to be able to answer tough questions and STAND on it though TEN TOES DOWN. He knew exactly what Garbriel was asking regarding the sperm donor question and he was answering him like a politician and being evasive. If it is all about the child how is a woman INTENTIONALLY bringing a child in the world via sperm donation without a father a good idea? He admits child upbringing is paramount but subconsciously exposing that he doesnt know how to split child necessity and a woman's feeling's from each other and say sternly that the woman is WRONG so hes trying to ride the fence. I know ya reading this fam and youre gonna need to make that choice and thats when youll learn............. you cant save a child from their mother.
Really love these guys. Honestly. Love the vulnerability and the REAL conversations. Thanks for sharing and showing a different side of you. You men are smashing it. Congrats🎉
Another great show. Chizo's granddad sounds like my great granddad, back in them days it was common for rich Nigerian men to have many wives and loads of children.
If the guy lives is Croydon and his child lives in Angel, it may be to much travelling to take the child back home. The fact his Bm is co with him spending time with the child at their home is good, the new girlfriend is out of order for messing with the contact and having demands, due to insecurity. Imo
Why not move out of London? Sounds like you man are doing well financially, but in your late 30's/early 40's still single & childless. Plus there's the rising cost of living you always speak about. Why not move outside London or even abroad? Why not try something different? If all else fails come back to London or set up shop in Nigeria.
35:00 I might be wrong, but I think this is another reason why black men get with English white girls. Cause it's more chill and it's more likely she had a nice upbringing with both parents. Nothing against black women, but black people in general seem to have a lot of trauma & are surrounded by drama. So I think when you get with a girl that has none of this, it's a breath of fresh air. It's like you're on holiday
ive checked out from dating London black women, the juice no longer is worth the squeeze. Very toxic. London life is hard enough as it is, especially financially these days. You need a woman to co-operate and bring positivity to your life. The trauma thing is true, and i think london ladies mask it by being a consumer and going out to indulge to feel better about their situation. That being said, Im not really feeling the english white girls either though. My way of doing things now is, earn money in the UK. Travel and date the women in Brazil, Dominican, Colombia. Foreign women give you a way better solution. The difference is stark. The have poverty but they are much happier people, there feminine and aim to bring peace to you. I will likely never date a uk black woman again. There also expensive to maintain. The same 8 out of 10 chic that expects the dubai trips, shopping trips, expensive beauty regiments, i can just go to Rio, Bahia, Cartagena, Cali (Colombia) and find in abundance Work smarter.
@@mrforbes1750 fair. But then what's the long term plan? Date around for how long? How old are you? Do you want to get married/have kids? What job do you have & how will you be earning money in these countries? Do you know Spanish?
@@michael43567 Already building a house over there. 6 months UK, 6 months overseas. late 30s. Marriage NO. Kids yes but with a afro latina. I have a business, and im working on an additional stream of income. Spanish basic. Long term is to get out of the UK. I dont see much quality of life in the UK, when i compare with other parts of the world. A lot of entitlement/attitude in the UK that people in other parts of the world don't simply have. Its certainly not easy but a lot of black men would be happier if they can try to carve out a life abroad. There is no shortage of dating opportunities in latin america or africa. Your quality of life is better if your earning in pounds and spending in pesos or a african currency.
Michael, the white girls almost always end up single mums. In the States it’s 90% when they have kids with black men and the UK data slightly below. Man dem are view as absentees across all ethnicities, this has nothing to do with BW. Why is it that way?
@nuttyz88 enjoy uk women. I been doing this since 2016 anyway. I dont understand whats cringe about it. Its intelligent and smart decision making. Dating in 2023 is not like dating in 2008. Im not dealing with the toxicity and competing over scraps. Most men are competing over scraps in the west. Unless your a top 10’percenter its a bad deal.
I kinda disagree with the narrative that if a woman works full time she should be relieved of cooking duties. Let's face it, the man is still paying the bulk of the mortgage/rent, utilities, & groceries. We're also basically a security guard for our woman, we're likely the leader of the household, we're the emotional rock. Plus certain chores we do by default e.g bins, cut the grass, fixing things. And we're adults, so we're obviously cleaning up after ourselves. So I don't think it's unreasonable to expect your woman to prepare a fresh meal 2-3 times a week. The other days throw something in the oven or eat leftovers. Some women move like it's slavery. Honestly, I think this generation of women are lazier, than previous generations... yet somehow demand more from men. To be balanced, I think this generation of men are also lazier & less capable than previous generations.
Forgive your father. You are no better than him. For his flaws made you wiser. We can’t preach “help out our young boys” then have the audacity to criticise our fathers like they weren’t lost boys who did their best. We are lucky to recognise what is traumatic or red flags. The time our fathers grew up in was a lot worse. Then they now have to adapt to a whole culture whilst their culture was being mocked. Their hard earned education and career being viewed as useless. They must’ve killed their confidence. Once again, Forgive your father. You are no better than him. For his flaws made you wiser.
I don't think no one dropping realistic content like chiso
A very open and vulnerable episode...nuff respect 🙏🏼

It depends on opportunities. Outside london, the pay most places is just disrespectful.
@@iffysd9864 can work remote. I think Chiso is a PT so he could just do that. There will always be demand for that

THERAPY!
And I can't stress this enough!!
Only married couples should be allowed to get sperm donors. Both parents should need to sign to say they're gnna be the parents. Same for adopting.
