Watching this in St. Paul MN in mid February. Can't wait to get back outside on this bike! Only have owned for one year, but man it's terribly fun to ride.
Just bought one of these yesterday, exactly the same color and 1975 too. Wow, I don't think I've ever fell in love with a machine so fast! Can't wait to get off work and go ride again! It's so reassuring to hear your good words about these little bikes. I was on the fence about to get a Honda Monkey and they are $3800, almost $5K out the door after all the taxes and whatnot, glad I found the CB125S!!
You have motivated me and sparked my old flame for dirt bikes and got me on the hunt for a nice enduro so I can on and off rode it...much love from Kentucky..love what you do!🤘💀🤘🇺🇸🇺🇸
You guys have not only motivated me but you have literally made me happy for many days. My name is Ken Macaluso. My entire life I have wanted to learn to be a motorcycle mechanic and Dirt bike rider/ racer. As life does i got off on the wrong track and now after watching you guys i am seriously ready to go to mmi and i want to get into what you guys do. I actually emailed you about getting a job. I dont even care about the money either i just want to get my foot in the door with some god fearing good people and work on vintage bikes. Anyway regardless thanks for making these videos they are great changed my life. God always works in strange ways.
I was just gifted this exact same bike. Its been turned into a cafe style unfortunately. I too left a 6 figure job in the IT industry to do what I love. That was 8 years ago and I have never been happier. You're an inspiration and I hope to bring my 3 year old son to the museum this summer
My father had a cb125 in the late 70s and holds to this day that it was the best bike he ever had. He took that bike to Sturgis a few times, lol, but that is only about an 5.5 hr drive....appearently it takes closer to 7 on a 125. Since then he's had plenty of larger cc bikes, but he still wishes he hasn't sold the little 125. Wish I could afford to get him one.
Awesome Bike Ken, I Had An Identical One In1976, I Put More Miles On It Off Road Because I Was Only 12 And No License Or Plate 👍 I Rode That Bike A Helluva Lot Harder Than It’s Intended Purpose And Never Had A Single Issue With It! I Think It’s Gods Calling For You To Have Your Museum, God Put You Right Where He Wants You To Be. It’s Great What You Do For Motorcycling Period, You Cover Every Aspect And I Think You’re Doing Absolutely Incredible! Keep Up The Great Work Ken, May God Continue To Bless And Protect You And Yours, Your Museum And Your Entire Crew 🙏🙏😇😇 I Can’t Wait To Bring My Fiancé Up There For An Awesome Weekend 👍😎 Your Friend And Fellow Patriot, Barry
its a beautiful bike i just bought one a couple of days ago and i cant stop riding it, its got a few issues here and there but hey it works! what i really need is a wiring harness and i cant seem to find any (1982 cb125)
The CB125 is the very first bike I sat on when I was just 16. We had a shop called McBrides Cycles in Toronto. I'd ride my bicycle down and check out all the cool motorcycles including Beemers. Should have bought that one in the showroom. I ended up getting a neat little ST90 which was a blast. What do these CB125's usually sell for?
I missed day one of this year but I may end my streak today. I live on a dirt road, and I really, really hate riding my hog in the mud. Mostly the wash job afterwards, but maybe it will dry up enough later. If I don’t, there is something I can wrench on with this or another bike I have.
I bought this make/model in nearly identical cosmetic shape, runs great but much less "invested in it" so it's obviously worth less; I paid 1700 for it!

Awesome Matthew, and your dad had some balls doing that. That same basic motor... It’s still around today! Mr. Soichiro Honda was one brilliant man.
You guys have made my day everyday you upload a video and inspire me to keep on wrenching on my 14 motorcycles!!
I have a CB125 RS 1983, dont need turn signals here in UK if it's vintage, im still working on it but works for commuting now
