Bought tools, did this and did my first oil change. Literally the only place on youtube with this many 2009(or 10?) vibe 2.4l videos. Gonna hit 200k in the next few months, hope to hit 300k before I buy again!!!
The small tips in this video are insanely helpful.
FANTASTIC Video, love how you're very thorough and detailed with the procedure as you do it. Most of the Automotive RUclipsrs i've viewed aren't half as detailed as you are here. I appreciate that. Very well done, and, if I still own my 2009 Pontiac Vibe 2.4L 'oil burner special' lol by the time summer rolls around.. well... think i'm going to use your video as my instruction manual. Really, top rate explanation.... havn't perused the videos in your channel yet, but hoping you've done or are planning to do more on this car... the 2009 2az-fe Pontiac Vibe, thanks~~
Nice job and thanks for the torque values
Thanks for all the detailed instructions!! I was able to change my valve cover gasket in just a couple of hours!!!

The most orderly video by TRQ a d 1AAuto. I like this repair procedure by Len!
Excellent video on this procedure thank you TRQ!
This was a very good video. However, the guys in the vibe club made it sound like it was so easy. This is no easy repair.
Why do you mark the ignition coils 1-4 and put them back in the same numbered cylinder? They have recently replaced #1, what difference does it make if you mixed them all up and installed them?
Thanks so much! Very helpful
Great vid❗️very informative! Should we wait any amt of time to giv the small amt of gasket former to dry/set b4 startup?
*U dee Mang!👍🏼
Thank you sir 🙏
If something did fall in, say pieces of a dry-rotted gasket, what should you do about that? Asking for a friend 😂
Why would you need to remove valve cover?
Do you think it's the same for a 2013 Corolla XRS 2.4?
No no no, torque down in 3 steps !!! First go to 5, then 7, and top torque of 9 ft/lbs.
Nice and helpful but not a word about the PCV valve in the valve cover
