So want to share this, that words about dopamine, words about transformation and neurons. I mean man, this is the era what need to hear this the most. From my side now is this one thing: "tame it". I am becoming aware that being good fighter in the jungle, being able to walk out of it, is different than in the beginning for me. And most of all, if walking to any jungle for me it's becoming new season in my life, and that's defining many things for those wild ones that are on the verge, or are already on path out to tame it more and be more aware. I am a huge fan of my guy and his team at TRAXNYC! I'm not even gonna front, I didn't know anything about the jewelry game or even the Diamond District before coming across my guy. He educates, he talks like a normal guy you would be buddies with and he calls it like he sees it. I don't have any gold and I'm not rich. I wear a Casio and I mind my own business. Having said that, we all wanna have drip and not get robbed or scammed. He gives us a rare look into an often intimidating industry. He is also the definition of an American success story. He came up from little and it's no wonder he is trusted and respected by those he does business with.
Your customer service line hung up on me for no reason at all! I was inquiring about whether I should get si or vs diamonds. That’s no way to treat a customer with intent to buy!

Just a question for you it might sound dumb... but when you talk about diamonds I’m aware they have a value but how come they are not advised to invest in? Is the resale just not there? And it totally clicked when you said the bank doesn’t buy diamonds they buy gold. But If you bought a 5 carat diamond and wanted to sell it in 5 years how much money would you loose? Jus curious. When customer ask me for a quote for custom piece ( for example a ring or bracelet, made especially for them ), I always have trouble setting a right price. If you could tell us what are the guidelines you follow to get a fair pricing, I hope you could help me. Dont price the product according to customer's wishes. Value your product yourself. Attract the right customer, for the product. Dont change your prices

I am 33 married with 3 young children. I was wanting to ask you , I know it's a shot in the dark but wanted to ask if you had a position available. I've been a salesman for many different lanes. But I think if I had someone to take a chance helping me to progress in life it would be a blessing. I know you started from the ground up and created this idealistic business moto to a totally help the consumer. I'm intrigued to say the least. My father died and my mom is a drunk who knows where. When customer ask me for a quote for custom piece ( for example a ring or bracelet, made especially for them ), I always have trouble setting a right price. If you could tell us what are the guidelines you follow to get a fair pricing, I hope you could help me. Thank you for your videos and your kindness, you do an outstanding job teaching us jewellery making.
