    Can I use fresh lemon juice instead of lemone extract?

      Hello and thanks for asking! While you can technically substitute lemon juice for lemon extract, it's not a perfect replacement as lemon juice provides more tartness while lemon extract offers a more concentrated, nuanced lemon flavor from the peel oils; for most recipes, you'll need a larger amount of lemon juice to achieve a similar effect, and may need to adjust other liquids in the recipe depending on what you're making.

      350F 30-35 minutes, second bake same temperature for 5 minutes.

    Hey can I substitute the 2 cups of flour wth 2 cups of almond flour because I'm entolorant to wheat flour. Please reply to me soon possible I like to make this for Xmas. Thankyou so much

      Hello Rosina! Thanks for asking and yes you can substitute the almond flour with the same amounts. But, don't over pack your measuring cup almond flour is heavier and more moist than regular flour. You also may need to increase the bake time a little bit and the biscotti may be a little more dense. To bind the flour you may need another egg. Its a little trial and error but you can do it.
