Actually, this episode predates the series of episodes that Roku (and Pluto TV) is airing. They chose Season 11 since its the first full season without any furs as prizes, even though the last couple months of this season (10) did include select episodes with Bob Barker's "Help control the pet population" plug, implying the end of the fur era. The Miss USA pageant would still offer furs until the mid-90s, which was of course partly why Bob left. Maybe if Roku/Pluto/Freemantle finally complete the Barker era at some distant point, they could return and air all of the non-fur episodes. I'd imagine furs were only offered in approximately 1/3 of all episodes from the show's first decade, so there's plenty of material they could show. But this wouldn't happen probably for at least a decade at the pace new content is coming out.
For each of those 6 One Bid Prizes, I would have guessed the following. Trampoline: $800 Brass Coat Rack: $265 Microwave Oven: $430 Presidential Telephone: $350 Refrigerator & Freezer: $550 Stove: $635
Microwaves were even more expensive in real dollars if you find them on half-hour episodes. People under 50 mostly take microwaves for granted, not understanding how much work it took for reheating food before they became widely available.
For most episodes from February 10, 1984 onwards, that adage is true, although GSN did air a few Season 13 episodes along with the Season 14 premiere, some of them Win-TV exclusives.
My guess for each of the 4 Numbers in the Price of that first Car would have been the following. First Number: 7 Second Number: 4 Third Number: 5 Fourth Number: 5
The six pricing games 🎯🎱🎯🎱🎯🎱 played ⏩ on the February 26, 1982, episode of THE PRICE IS RIGHT 👉🏻 were those of Lucky 🍀 Seven; Hit 👊🏻 Me; Barker's Bargain Bar 🎯; the Range Game 🎱; Switcheroo; and the Most Expensive.
A friend of my mother's won a fur coat on The Price Is Right in Spring 1982, so I'm constantly on the lookout for early 1982 episodes. Thanks!
Enjoyed this show so much! Enjoying this today!
@33:03 - What a coincidence! My name is Jaime and I dress just LIKE her! I want her dress and slide sandals! 😆😆
Whenever there's a lucky seven incident, a mustang is usually involved.
If you have a Roku tv and good enough wifi, you can use one of the streaming channels to watch The Price Is Right's older episodes like these ones! ^^

It was a great day for the show... if only Roger was "Game" to "Range" an armoire.
@1:17, last few months of the Bob's original door #2 background, cause in September, it was changed to a more known background.
Bienvenue a Price is right.
The guy was lucky to win "Lucky Seven". What IF the last number was a 0?
That was a close one for Janice.

1st-W 2nd-W 3rd-W
4th- L. 5th- W. 6th-W
My guess for those 2 Showcases would have been the following.
1st Showcase: $5,500
2nd Showcase: $8,800
13:05 $490 for a microwave oven in 1982? What's crazy is that would be $1,595.29 in 2024 dollars, and now you can buy a microwave for less than $50.

Didn’t Pluto tv ads say that the 1982 episodes haven’t been seen since it’s original broadcast? Apparently it’s been on GSN

(27:18) TPIR continues to be seen in Canada today on Citytv and there have been many Canadian contestants on the show with both Bob and Drew
My guess for the Price of that Hand-Carved Armoire would have covered this portion of the Scale.
$1,950-$2,100
My guess for each of the 4 Numbers in the Price of that first Car would have been the following.
First Number: 7
Second Number: 4
Third Number: 5
Fourth Number: 5
