One limiting factor is that since it's not a special event you wont be getting the 16 epics needed to gold it. Which means it wont perform as well as it does in this video. It will take at least over a year before GL makes epics available for it.
as a free 2 play the first Rimac wasn't easy to unlock i remember no lifing that drive syndicate to hit a paywall at the end and even Furem released a video critiquing it at that time.

I’m not too sure about how obtaining it via the LU pass. It better not be the same thing as Raging Bull.
Its definitely the fastest lp car but it definitely wont be as useful as the countach, victor or most of the b class lp cars

Probably at the end cuz it is a key car and key cars are normally put at the end but only time will tell where it will end up.
