“seunghyo’s biggest mistake is him not realizing he means just as much to seokryu as she means to him.” i read this somewhere and i couldn't agree more 🥺
Jung Somin is really the best actress. She can makes us laugh so loud and sudenlly twist us to cry alot. Really the genius actress. I love her so much..❤❤❤
One of my favourite scenes from Love Next Door... yet! Both of them really outdid in this scene....also this scene felt like letting out that breath I've been holding for a long time. It was heartbreaking yet such a beautiful scene. 🥺🫶🏻
I can relate to her pain...I was just 18 last yr when I first had blood vomits at school. It was terrifying and I was scared to tell my parents and be a burden on them. I thought it was not dat serious, but after a month the frequency increased and one day it happened before my family. They spent loads of money on me and being from a lower middle class family , each child knows how much of a burden it is for their family. I was hospitalised for 3 months and diagnosed with severe gastiritis, pcos and stage 2 ovarian cancer....I can relate to all her dialogs and listening to it reminds me of my pain and brings tears to my eyes. Kudos to her great acting..
When i thought the scene where Haein’s heartbroken when he found out about seokryu’s sickness would be the best scene of LND then there’s this scene just wow❤️🩹🔥watched it so many times but still gets teary eyed
The people who complain about the story not being a romcom should understand that this was promoted as a healing drama. The first part of healing is to understand what caused the pain and how much is the pain that needs to be healed. The story does a great job at showing us just that. You cannot heal by running away from the pain or hiding it, you need to understand it first, then accept it and then take steps to heal from it. For the people who didn't stay for the first part and dropped the drama, it would never be meaningful to watch just the healing part and they will criticize it for having weak storyline. But the ones who stayed through the first part and understood the pain will truly heal. It will be meaningful only to those people.
I honestly think these two will ruin how much I enjoy dramas in the future. They are so good together and I am absolutely smitten with Jung So Min. She is perfect in this role.
Ughhhh I love them ❤ this was a vulnerable and important moment for them, it’s basically them realizing whatever happens in their lives there’s always going to be there for each other. That unconditional love. Those realization that they can hold on to each other.. this is so fucking beautiful 🩷
These last two episodes have made me real emotional and gosh I just know its because of their stunning acting! Thank you guys for delivering this so well.
This episode was a rollercoaster of emotions, I cried a lot but in the end things worked out, I think now the romance era will finally begin 🥹❤️The best couple of the year are them Jung Jung ❤🐰
this seen May tear keep falling like water and i cant stop it my heart is ache so much that tha next day i have to c a dr for it is hard for me to breathe . i love THIS dra drame even it if and actor ate very good in it.
Hyeon-jun deserves more than just a handshake in the end. If I were the director, I would make them hug. He deserves that much. He was the one who took care of Seok Ryu in her darkest time. Living with someone with depression is not easy. And they weren't educated about it. They both are victims of depression, in different way. Actually, if I were Seok Ryu, I would choose Hyeon-jun over Choisseung. HJ is a better communicator, more mature, and time-tested already. K-drama rarely teaches its audience with healthy relationship though. It romanticises misunderstanding, jealousy, possessiveness, etc.
He handled too much alone and should have had the support of her family to make it easier. That said their life would have been in the States (alone) so he needed to be tough enough. She cried when he left coz she knew he was a good man. She was there for Seung hyo when he quit swimming, they understood each other well and I think were more of a perfect fit. You will have seen they always knew how to make each other feel better. The swimming, the work place bullying, the cooking competition. She even said he was the first person she wanted to tell about the illness. Their romance was only delayed by his lack of boldness at the beginning.
What brilliant acting from Jung Somin. This scene makes me cry every time - she's just that good at her craft 👏👏👏 Give her that Oscar!
best scene, by far
frr❤
Me tooo made me cry😢

Her wailing in pain was so powerful that i felt it in my bones. Jung somin you are such a brilliant actress.

Both the actors were brilliant in this scene. You could see how guilty seunghyo felt for ignoring seokryu in her time of need.
I love this Hae-in's guilty and sad face when she's screaming at him 😢 you can feel his pain also 😢
His eyes speak loud.. and he was speechless and heartbroken when she cried
The way owned up to his mistake in front of her and helped her to express the these things trapped inside her ....😭♥
I love how they act at the beach with her beautiful waves. I really love this scene 💙🫶✨
