very good explanation of entropy aka 2nd law of thermo dynamics and thus the impossibility if perpetual machines

6:00 That depends on your definition of "perpetual motion" Dr. Feynman refers to the ocean having vast amounts of power but we can't use it? ... We use tidal and ocean wave generators all the time, Geothermal energy, Solar Energy and Niagara Falls energy. Does the ocean ever stop making waves? Is that Not perpetual? NO... hmm? As long as we have the existence or our Solar system and our SUN, I would say.. YES, it is perpetual. We have about 7.5 billion more years of Free perpetual Solar SUN energy left.. Enjoy it!
If you still want to argue that the sun is technically Not perpetual energy..and that it will eventually Burn out or explode....ok... fine...but who cares we will all be DEAD right! But what about our future, future,...future kids? Lets Say Perhaps we Flew a spaceship to a new galaxy far far away living off a new Star Solar sun energy..
Whats that you say.??... Now humans are just Star Fuel consumers, hopping from galaxy to new galaxy's.. using up other Solar Star Power for our own greedy consumption.. and thats Still Not Perpetual? hmm..thats True. However.. according to our best earth astronomers.. Our Universe is forever expanding! Making more galaxy's..than grains of sand on earth! which means more planets, more Stars and Yes , another Sun inside a new galaxy! .. Yay perpetual Universe! Conclusion: perpetual motion is around you 24/7. You just have to be smart enough to harness it.

@@Nik-by5mi perpetual motion machine vs perpetual motion in a system.. you are comparing apples to oranges

This is Richard Feynman, who provided mathematical proof for this. How about some attribution?
