I am an Arizona voter although I have lived out of country for decades. Arizona was the last place I lived prior to moving overseas. I have always voted by absentee ballot and have been horrified by what has been happening in the U.S. since the election of 2016 where a nasty orange grifting thug was elected as president. As things now stand, I will be returning to Arizona for the 2024 election to vote in person and will volunteer to drive voters to polling stations around the Phoenix area. I'm hoping rental car companies will accept my German driver's license.
