I noticed you are using DHCP for your IP address allocation to your vCentre. I would recommend to everyone that you set a static IP address on your vCentre appliance. Great video!
great video. What happens if I have two hosts with different VMs on each one, when I create the cluster it will erase the VMs or all VMs are save until I move them to cluster?

I think, creating a cluster will not have any effect on VMs
