Watched your video three times. Fist time I just happen to stumble across it. Second time I was trying to see if this is something I'd want. Third time was for detail of the didferent configurations it could be used. Needless to say, I purchased one! Thank you for a very detailed review!! Lepow makes this same device but offers touchscreen capabilities on the botton monitor.
Hello Mr. TK, back yet again to learn more about this unit from your video review and demo. At the 6:02 mark you begin speaking about being able to stretch the content from one display to the other. Would you care to please explain in a reply as to how you did so? Thanks in advance. (By the way, I realized I hadn't subbed to your channel though I've viewed many of your videos. I made sure to do so today.)
Interesting. I have the Uperfect 4k lapdock that I'm trialling with my lenovo Yoga book 9i, instead of brining the lenovo keyboard and mouse. It's not bad except for the slightly flakey connection between the keyboard and the 4k monitor.
As much as I love using Desktop Mode on Android, it's hard for me to leverage this kind of gadget with smartphones as it can only accept one external display. However, I can see this being a great use for Windows/macOS laptops. This is basically a shell of the Lenovo Yoga Book 9i.
For sure this is meant for the PC side of the house, I personally like the function where you're able to share the second display with another person that sits of opposite from you
@@TKBayI like that idea a lot, but I found out from the product backing page that only this one supports two device connection. The 18.5" and 18" version doesn't.
The Lenovo Yoga Book 9i has two touchscreen displays. It's the main missing feature that gives me pause about this product. Also, the Lenovo can easily be used in book mode (portrait). To its credit, the Delta is far cheaper than the Lenovo and also much larger.
@@jamesaron1967 You have to remember that this is still predominantly an external monitor in the first place. You can still use it with the Yoga Book 9i and get literally double the screen estate.
hey mate, nice video! could you please explain a bit more detailed on how you made that work with the Mac you're using? My M3 doe sonly recognize one screen, no matter what I set up on the displays. Displaylink Manager doesn't recognize any display at all :o Thew app you're referring to is hard to understand , I tried several times but all I can hear is mirror link.. being not a native English speaker doesn't make it easier :-) Thanks!
Great video, thank you reviewing such a niche product~! Question: Does the monitor work in landscape mode? As in long across? I can see great value in this if it can be a portable wide screen monitor replacement. I've got a magnetic stand holding up a large portable monitor and it works a treat. Would love a huge portable monitor.
Hi, what mirror app did you install for being able to use extended mode from Delta Max please? I have Mac Book Pro M2 and mac does not recognize Delta Max as two separate screens but only as one screen. I have already installed Display Link Manager but no change, Mac still recognizes Delta Max as a one screen, even if I select extended mode in Delta Max settings still only copy mode is enabled.
I have a question about the power supply. Can one USB C cable transmit signal and charge at the same time? Or is it necessary to have monitor connected to the electrical network? For example I have ASUS ZenScreen MB16ACV, which I use when I travel, and it is enough to plug it in with one USB C, which supplies it with energy and signal. Is it the same with this UPERFECT Delta monitor please ?
Thanks for the video! Love the idea but a certain competitor out there is releasing a 2k resolution version of this which is ultimately 4x the amount of pixels and as we enter 2024 i hate to say it but 1080p is a really lackluster resolution. I say this as someone who has tried every different portable setup imaginable and I've settled on two 17" 4k USB-C monitors for my traveling companions. I hope one company out there releases a 4k version of this, even at a crazy price, I'd still be in!
@@FAT8893 they make a dual monitor folding display with 2k resolution per screen? Not looking for a single monitor, for that I would just use 4k, not 2k. Link please.
What's your setup? I'm traveling more and need to have the best portable & multi-tasking setup. All tips are appreciated, including the type of laptop .
This monitor relies on the USB driver, resulting in significant latency, lag, and framerate loss. And its brightness is only 250 nits cd/m², not easy to read in the outdoor.
IF you trade, 60hz is absolutely abysmal and I find it funny they feature stock charts in their marketing for this thing. Once you experience a 240hz refresh rate while scrolling through the charts there is no going back, so this is an automatic pass for that alone.
Can you explain this better. Will you suggest I upgrade to a foldable that has at least 120hz? I intend getting this for trading. Please your response is very much appreciated.
It's an interesting idea, for productivity might work pretty great honestly, i use two 15.6 screen (laptop and portable)nand a 27 at home, so i would be able to have in the same footprint a third extra screen, id thenpricenisnright it really can be an power tool.😊

2 questions please, 1. can you run DeX on both displays? 2. Can you use it in portrait mode?

Can this safely be used in a vertical orientation?

This is also a portable alternative to LG's DualUp 16:18 monitor.

Should be no problem for Windows/macOS/Linux, especially when this monitor has VESA mounts.
Bro thanks for the detailed review. I’m sold. Especially you using your game n phone at the same time! Like I just got mind fd lol 🤯
Great showcase TK
Can you connect two sets of these monitors to a mini pc so that you can use four screens?

Could you provide link to this "mirror link/display app"? I can't find one.
Hello,
can i connect 4 of theese with one laptop? i mean 2 double screen like the one you have on this video?
Thank you
Very good vid tk , I think u perfect duel display could be very helpful!!👍👍
Glad you think so!
What is aspect ration and can be support or capable using Wacom or MPP pen or stylus?
If it isn't much heavier than a regular one, it could fit better for traveling.
it's like 2 thin ones and with this design the displays protect themselves when closed.
Idc about the monitor but ur shirt is god tier
You could run this monitor in steam deck with a hub? I like to make 3 display setup ( this duo monitor + hdmi monitor)
does this work for Macbook Air M2?
Waiting for next version. 2.5k, 144hz, touch in 16 inch please.

It has a separate USB-C port specifically for charging.
I couldn't use two screens with the MacBook Air M2.
Such a shame the display resolution is limited to 1080P. 4K 18" would have been ideal.
K so dex cant run across both screens. Your title got me excited
Wowwwww. This is amazing tech😮
thank you, works great with DEX and anything video over USB and HDMI

UPERFECT does make a 2K 144Hz version of the Delta with a larger 18" 16:10 screen. However, it doesn't support two device connection.

I want this with the new 500 nits 18 inch 2560x1600 panels.
Especially if done properly with an integrated MST hub.
really cool

Crowdfunding is a racket
depends on the company and Uperfect is a good company. they deliver
