I'm so glad you spoke on this. I recently re-dedicated my life to Christ recently. I deconstructed earlier this year, and I ran back to God and have been fasting and praying since November. God has transformed me and I want Him so much. Recently, I've been dealing with the desires that I once buried when I gave up on God, but I'm fully trusting God and surrendering it all to God. God has carried me through this very tough life, but He has shown me that He really is for me. I'm so glad He let me make it until I came back. I'm glad He never let me go.
I have been in my Bible heavy this week after years of it chillin’ in a bookcase. I was reading Jeremiah Ch 1 today. The peace of mind that comes with knowing we don’t have to have it all figured out just be faithful and He will tell us what to say, where to go, how to move and protect us along the way. Chile it blows my mind how God led me to this video, you’re sharing some of the same things I’m going through and even mentioning what I read just hours ago. It’s confirmation not a coincidence. “It is good for me that I was afflicted, that I may learn Your statutes” (Psalm 119:71) I never fully left because I didn’t know where else to go, but I felt every bit of believing He didn’t show up and just left me hanging. I kept believing that He had the words of eternal life. @lmbigelow2 I understand and go back and forth because no one will ever be him and he's the one I want. It's rough, but we will make it with God's help. He's a guide too, so I have to think on those things and be okay with His will being done. It's not easy but it's possible. ❤️
God is not so insecure or sensitive that you can't question Him. I LOVE that statement for so many reasons. It gets to the point where you stop questioning God because chile...HE WILL ABSOLUTELY ANSWER, and we don't always like those answers. Lol. Perhaps if you get a different translation of the Bible like the (NLT) New Living Translation it would help you understand the text better than the (KJ) King James Version. I have both versions and the others that have helped me tremendously.

This was very much needed!! I somewhat grew up in church as Baptist, got baptized at 14 so I could know Him more on my own first. I’m 23 and have never grown out of touch with Him, but fell victim of confusion here and there as I lost loved ones. However, I have witnessed His goodness and enduring love for me. Although I am in church, I haven’t read the Bible on my own in years. I am ready to be a more active and less passive Christian in 2024. Thank you for helping motivate me ❤️

Since leaving a church in 2020, I had just decided I was going to sit in the back of a church, for the sake of my baby girl so she could be in church like I was, but NOT in the “pulpit”. Recently I believe my cover is coming off. He is revealing to some who I am and I just spoke out loud that I’m faced with the choice to run or stay and If I’m honest I haven’t decided which way I will go…. God will send a Word. I thank you for sharing this. I am currently going through this right now. After the passing of my daughter. I took me a very long time to even be able to go to church. Life started to really life and I had to go back to what I knew which was God. I am just scratching the surface of my Journey and I thank you for giving me the confirmation that I need to hear!! When I tell you God will send help, He will pull you out of the darkness, and if it’s a lesson in the darkness He’ll bring the light to you! God wrapped the living word in flesh so that He can bring you near! God is good!! God found me in a pit, found me in the dirt. Got down low like Jesus with the adulteress and wrote a new story for me! He’ll write a new story for you, he’ll redirect you, He can reach you! You can’t go to far where his hand can’t extend! This was very much needed!! I somewhat grew up in church as Baptist, got baptized at 14 so I could know Him more on my own first. I’m 23 and have never grown out of touch with Him, but fell victim of confusion here and there as I lost loved ones. However, I have witnessed His goodness and enduring love for me. Although I am in church, I haven’t read the Bible on my own in years. I am ready to be a more active and less passive Christian in 2024. Thank you for helping motivate me ❤️

Since leaving a church in 2020, I had just decided I was going to sit in the back of a church, for the sake of my baby girl so she could be in church like I was, but NOT in the “pulpit”. Recently I believe my cover is coming off. He is revealing to some who I am and I just spoke out loud that I’m faced with the choice to run or stay and If I’m honest I haven’t decided which way I will go…. God will send a Word. What I know is the one who ignores Him is crazy… say a pray for ya girl please.:: 🙏🏾
