Right... the APC and Nill Threat are unlocked from both completing all events and completing all Classic Carma events via each method (laps, wrecks, and peds).
Happy that the Overhaul Mod for Max Damage changes it where you have to simply wreck the APC and Nil Threat at a certain rank to get them (I think at the same ranks that the Suppressor and Super Suppressor start spawning in events).

You must wreck car who is on race list and he is taget. Them you get Him. Secret cars just need destroy.

​@@sorin1524 use The Plow and maximize the strength and performance parts and then find as much red barrels as you can to use against it.

How do I get police cars? :(

You need to destroy IT. Some are hiden in secret places. I found location on YT too. Example best and biger is on hangar in desert base on some ending chapters
