  • Easy Ratatouille recipe-
    • Chop the vegetables thinly.
    • Put the tomato arrabbiata sauce on the bottom of an oven safe dish.
    • Arrange the vegetables in consecutive manner. Keep the vegetables slices close to each other.
    • Sprinkle salt pepper dried herbs garlic powder.
    • Drizzle more olive oil on top and one tbsp of more sauce on top.
    • Cover with aluminium foil and bake at 190 degrees for 20!minutes. Then uncover and bake for 12-15 more minutes.
    • Serve immediately
    Arrabiata sauce recipe-
    • Ripe tomatoes - 4
    • Oilve oil 4 tbsp
    • Red onion finely chopped 1
    • Garlic cloves finely chopped 10
    • Red chilli flakes 1-2 tbsp
    • Garlic powder 2 tsp
    • Salt pepper - preference wise
    • Boil the tomatoes until the skin starts to crack and peel.
    • Peel the skin off and chop into rough small pieces. Purée in a mixer grinder.
    • To a wok add the olive oil and heat for 2 minutes.
    • Add the finely chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until the garlic mellows out. Don't let it turn crispy or golden brown.
    • Add 2 tbsp of tomato paste. And sauté for 30 seconds to a minute.
    • Add the tomato purée and mix on low flame. Add 4 basil leaves whole.
    • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and pinch of sugar. Finish with red chilli flakes.
    • Let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Keep stirring in between.
    • Let the sauce coo completely and transfer to an air tighrecipe-
