This is my first Haslab I have backed, I really hope we get a huge surge in backers and we unlock every tier, it'd be a huge shame not to get the entire crew.
I know we really need to get to 17K to complete the set! 🙏🙏🙏. Would be nice if the Ghost actually makes a good appearance on Ahsoka this Tuesday before the HasLab deadline to maybe get some people the boost they need to back it, but maybe too late. As discussed on my video, Hasbro has stated in multiple interviews and on the recent Fanstream that if we reach the final tier at 17K backers for the Ghost, not only will we unlock Zeb, but Hasbro will also make Sabine and Chopper in their Rebels Season 4 appearance and on the mural cardbacks to complete the crew.
@@brettonfett so basically multi billionaire toy company is holding two figures hostage behind 17k stretch goal that you will have to pay out the pocket for additionally. What happens if you don't reach the 17k? You don't get those figures. This is the problem with consumers... they are their own worst enemy and let companies like Hasbro bitch slap them.
@@KLamki1 yeah I don’t like it either but I think the bottom line is Hasbro is not going to make something unless they think they can make a decent profit. Manufacturing costs are through the roof right now. I think Hasbro decided that the HasLab will not succeed unless they cap the price at $500 and determined that they wouldn’t make a profit at $500 if they included more than those first 4 figures (or else would have to make the tier so high it would be virtually impossible to achieve).

I am not quitting retro collection Brett - I embrace it because that style was where it all began and we wouldn’t have what we have today if it hadn’t started there. It is okay if you like it. The other TVC guys, many of which I like and watch regularly are way too hard on it.
Yeah I have a love-hate relationship with it. I love the throwback aspect and honoring the Kenner legacy, but I hate the fake weathering and giant stickers. I also do not like that they seem to get more new figures made and released sooner than what should be considered their flagship 3.75 line, TVC. I just think they should reduce the amount of Retro figures produced because they do tend to peg warm (and lose the fake weathering of course, lol). I do really love the prototype Retros. A lot of people think those are gimmicky, but those cardbacks are like art to me and I will never stop buying those.

Excited for everyone who ordered a Ghost! It looks fantastic and those carded figures are a thing of beauty. I agree with you on the timing. How can Hasbro not hold the HasLab campaign during the time when the ship is featured on the Ahsoka show? If the campaign ends before we ever see the ship in live action, it will be an even more boneheaded decision since the Rancor. That HasLab campaign ended about a month before the Rancor was featured on the Book of Boba Fett. Another dumb decision from HasLab to go along with the release of the Retro figures an entire year too late. Hasbro really needs better decisions making when it comes to these issues.

Dan, mate I’ve just seen OOK’s video about what happened and had no idea that’s what you were eluding to. I am so sorry that happened. That is absolutely devastating. Hope you can at least get some of your collection back and the heartless bastard that is responsible is brought to justice. Maybe the community can come together to help you restore some of your collection.

WHY DOES BIGBADTOYSTORE SHIP BEFORE HASBRO PULSE!? i still have to wait until december for my N1... why the hell are people getting these things so early when i was the fastest order in the galaxy on hasbro pulse putting in an order the moment they went live. i mean i was the fastest hands in the west when it came to the quickdraw for the order
Man I feel your pain and I don’t understand it either. I don’t understand how distribution works. The only theory I can come up with is that Hasbro prioritizes getting units out to the retailers over their own in-house store to keep their retailer clients happy and continuing to order since most of their sales come from the retailers. But I don’t understand why they couldn’t take care of stock for both simultaneously.
Can you pop the engine effects off?
Matthew if you are talking about the tail-looking things that come out the back of each engine at the wings, then yes those can pop on or off, however those are not engine "effects" (like fire), they are actually part of the ship. The engine cover on the top also pops off and can be placed on either engine (the set only comes with 1 engine cover). Hope I answered your question. If I misunderstood what you meant let me know.

Can’t stand the sloppy way they designed this ship, originally having R5 being able to “magically” jump through a third engine into the droid pocket. But the again, Disney Star Wars sucks for so many other reasons… toy collectors have no problem finding what they seek because no one buys toys anymore.
