It's not an abnormal breathing, It's normal breathing what we do currently is ab normal Also keep in mind you have to breath normally this way you get more oxygen in blood, you can start just by 5min per day
Once you understood the second step you can dont need to do it standing against the wall you can do it while standing, walking or sitting.. take your time to master both 1st and 2nd step by being mindful of your breath.. and when you see that you are able to breathe in proper rhythm with both technique and volume with less than 12 breaths in a minute you are already in 3rd step.. this might take approx 6 months.. you can practice this 10 to 15 min every day..

As I have calculated it after doing 1st step of rhythmic breathing, so it was 7-8 breathes per min. If i have to calculate my average breathing rate of all day. How i can calculate that?
@@HarrySingh-ov3dy the breathing rate will only shoot up when you are doing any kind of physical exercise.. else it should be normal with day to day activity.. so don't calculate it while running and working out.. otherwise the rate should not differ much.

Hello Abhishek, many thanks for the video. I am also reading Zen Yoga book and got one doubt. In the book's bibliography there is mention of hundreds of books. Does that mean Zen Yoga is written after reading those many books instead of actual experience? Writing here in a hope that you will understand the concern and respond. Thanks.
Yes, I understand your concern.. but it is not possible for a person to write this book without experience.. it is also not possible for a person to write this without help.. by help I mean without master's help.. so definitely pj seher ji took help from living as well as nonphysical masters and his experience together made this book possible.. this is what I have understood after reading this book so many times.

He proclaimed himself as enlightened in a recent video which to me seems very weird and very materialistic. After so called enlightenment also, he asks for money for courses (which he tried to justify in his other videos), ask for subscription and has many wills and expectations. Even if he is truly enlightened, this make no sense for an enlightened being to sit in front of a dead Camera and declare himself as enlightened. This is nothing but a path of a fake Guru. This is a very good business and I have seen many Gurus doing the same thing, might be in different way. He also gets impressed by many stupid RUclipsrs, actors, businessmen etc who are successful. I am saying those people stupid because in the path towards spirituality, those dancing monkeys will appear stupid only, doing whatever for name and fame. An enlightened being can only laugh at those sort of people. Cannot get impressed with them. That's why I started reading ZenYoga myself, and then got confused with Bibliography. Hence asked Abhishek to help. There are many fake things in the name of spirituality and dont want to get stuck in a gimmick in the name of spirituality.

It means jab breath ka sahi rhythm achieve hojayega toh wo aapka normal breathing ho jayega 24*7. Apko iske liye koi effort nahi dena hai.

I think during pregnancy you should do the exercises that your doctor suggests. Normal meditation or drift watching you can do.
