Great video, I came to the same conclusions over the years on most of these. I noticed that clients have trouble laying on their side for a long time to do big upper arm/shoulder pieces, so I usually offer a chair and a large tall arm rest angled down when I do long upper arm sessions. I've been using the GG Workshop XL arm rest for that. When I have a client sit upright in a chair, I have some yoga blocks for them to place their feet on. It really helps with comfort for long sits. I just keep them under a desk by the wall and slide them out with my feet. They never leave the floor so it doesn't seem much of a cross contamination risk to me, but if one were really concerned a vinyl upholstered foot rest would work as well. I try out the client position myself before they arrive and try to find something I think I could tolerate being in for a long session if possible.

For knee tatoos, I usually take some cling film and wrap around the bed, where the thighs usually are. So the client have some sort of socket/support for their feet when they bend their leg, to stretch the knee area

Good position for the head is have your client face down on a message table with his face in a face cradle, then you can just sit at the end of the table and you’ll have full access from every direction

Yes! all same, just never standing, do not trust stability of stand possition, most of stability goes from stable arm and ellbow, when standing there are no more where to put your ellbow. 😅
After all these possitions I have so much pain in my lower back from tattooing, do a video about that! What you recomend to help yourself after long work day. ❤
